The Dry Cleaners

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I had a trip out of town in 3 weeks' time where I had to attend several events that required formal wear. I only have one pair of black heels, and they needed tips replacing. I dropped off the shoes on 14/05 and was told to come and collect on 24/05. I thought that was a bit long, but it would still leave me a week before my trip. I left my contact details and informed them that I would collect on 25/05 as it was a Saturday and I was not working. On the morning of 25/05 I attended the shop to collect and I was told the shoes were not there and nobody contacted me to inform me of any delay. I asked for more details and was told they actually sent the shoes to a different location for repair and have not been returned. I was told to come back on 03/06 as the shop will be closed until then. I explained that I needed the shoes before then and was told I could go and collect myself from City Cobblers in Sutton Coldfield. I asked for an address and was told to google it as they don't have it. The only address that came up was for a shop that closed down last year. I asked if that was it, and the woman told me she didn't know as they only had a phone number. I then asked for the number and tried to contact the shop for the address, but there was no answer. The woman said there was nothing else she could do and to keep trying to call them if I really needed the shoes that week. I called and texted but had no answer that week and was left having to buy another pair of shoes for my trip. I left for my trip on 01/06 and returned on 09/06. I had no calls or texts regarding the shoes this whole time. I was able to return to the shop on 15/06 for the shoes, and during collection, I noticed a big scratch on one of the heels. I mentioned this to the woman, and her reply was,' Are you paying cash or card? '. I paid, said thank you, and left. I will not be returning. I added some photos of the shoes where you can see overall wear and tear as they are not new. Also, there are photos of the scratch on the heel, and you can easily tell it's recent damage.

Absolute perfection!!!!Had a suit dry cleaned from another place & what a mess they made,its was an Armani suit & it was like partially cleaned and the shirt was still creased.The Dry cleaners did this suit for me & i have to say it was the best,i will be passing your details onto all my friends & family & i urge everyone to use The Dry Cleaners!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Arranged last minute trip to London and needed some garments cleaned very quickly. They said they would do their best for Tuesday and got a txt on Monday saying it was ready for collection. What a service. My jacket looked amazing when I collected it. So well done, I will definitely be using your services again. The photo attached is the jacket you cleaned

Dropped a black suit off last week for dry cleaning, showed the girl there were some small white spots on the shoulder. Went to collect today, the spots were still there and it was on some cheap metal coat hanger, so they'd lost my proper suit hanger, won't be returning
