Shockingly bad service, I have not had this level of service in a long time. Took 2 shirts in to be dry cleaned. Lady behind the counter was very rude, zero social skills. Went in to pick them up a week later and they hadn't even been done for the date on the ticket. No hello, no apology, went back two days later to pick them up and the boy on the counter couldn't find my shirt. Eventually found it crumpled up and asked another boy if he could iron !!! The lad replied yeah haven't for years though - I said can you not, it's silk & very delicate, I will do it myself. Replied with, 'It's not hard to iron like'... I said, I know it isn't I'd just rather do it myself. Bagged them up and paid, just got home and it's stained with new stains. So I've paid full price for a silk shirt to be ruined, not even returned pressed and the other shirt looking worse for wear. Disgusting service, not surprised by your other reviews, how this place is even open & running is beyond me. The woman who runs it is so rude and needs to learn how to speak to people. I will be letting everyone know to avoid this place like the plague! You can tell from her replies that she has an attitude problem. I wish I'd not bothered.

I don't know what they're doing over there, but it ain't nothing but miracle. One of my jerseys which was deemed uncleanable (there's a bad dye stain too) by every other places, even reddit experts, is now very clean and the stain is gone. I'd 100% recommend.

These guys came in absolutely clutch and got out suit and dress cleaned and pressed with a day and a half turnaround time (my fault cos I forgot to get it done earlier). Appreciate the service! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We didn’t get off to the best of starts because of whatever but what a response from Caroline and her team. They went WAY above what I expected to sort out the problem. Unbelievable service. Highly recommended.
