I love this dry cleaners. The team here are always friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Victoria and Stuart are always happy to see you and help as much as they can, they have a new colleague who's name I am yet to learn but she is always happy and helpful as well. its fair to say dry cleaning and alterations can be a bit expensive her, but after getting alterations done elsewhere I can confirm that you get what you pay for.

Simply the best dry cleaning company around, everyone of the shops give outstanding service and they always go above and beyond to help. You may of tried others but Johnsons is the best by a country mile.

After the lifting of covid restrictions I went to an all you can eat buffet at a local restaurant, while reaching for my drink a large part of my right sleeve brushed over my plate and when I lifted my are to drink some of the food landed on my lap, embarrassing, I thought I would be buying a new white shirt and light grey dress trousers, The shirt was not that expensive but the trousers cost a lot more than the meal itself as they are part of a suit. The tall lady at the branch told me she would see what she could do and what she could do was fantastic, both items look brand new, no marks at all even when I hold it up to the light, I don't know how they do it. Very pleased thank you Johnsons.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to your branch on Sealand Road (Chester) for their outstanding customer service.
