Morgans Dry Cleaners

My family was in Shrewsbury recently for a family wedding. The people at Morgan Dry Cleaners were wonderfully helpful in pressing our wedding attire. They did a great job and were accommodating to our need for a rushed job. Can’t say enough good things about them.

From start to finish the service at this dry cleaners is second to non . My daughter’s beautiful silk dress had unknown stains on it . She needed the dress within days . I took the dress in on the Saturday and they turned it around within 48 hours . I received a text at 7.30 (as soon as the cleaners opened) on the Tuesday morning to say it was ready for collection . The dress looked beautiful , no sign of any stains and only a charge of £16.50 .A truly wonderful service with cheerful staff who have a can do attitude . I’m never going anywhere else.

My mother recently brought in my linen wedding dress to be dry cleaned as it had been muddied from wearing it on the big day. The dress was a very simple fabric with limited staining, only from the dancefloor/outside on the hem. Whilst the team was helpful, we were quite disappointed with the end service, as the dress remained filthy and stained . My mother was told she would still have to pay the full amount as the dress had been through all the processes - which was a shocking £297. Upon further inspection on the website, we were shocked to discover that we had not been offered the promised service as per the bridal package. We were not provided with images for before and after, a wedding dress sleeve/box and we did not get to speak to an alternate member of the team. The team did offer to wash the dress but we felt we could of done this at home, whilst a risk this was the reason we had taken it to Howard and Howard’s in the first place . It would of been good to understand cost breakdown of “the processes” and what goes into the cleaning to make it such a costly amount.

I had my grandsons expensive puffer jacket dry cleaned, Morgans did an excellent job and I received a txt to say the garment was ready for collection a day earlier than expected, excellent service

I have been taking super king sheets and duvet covers regularly to Morgans for over a year. A very professional service. I have found the staff very helpful, efficient and friendly. The bedding is beautifully cleaned and ironed which makes it very comfortable. I always receive a text when it is ready and it is always ready by the due date and often before.
