Clothesline Laundromat & Dry Cleaners

The delivery aspect is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the clothes are returned more 'rolled' than folded and it makes my clothes extremely wrinkled. Ultimately that makes it less convenient. It's a mixed blessing UPDATE..NO improvements on the unprofessional folding. My clothes seem more wrinkled upon return then when given for washing. Delivery person is extremely friendly and professional. I still hope for improvement or perhaps will ask for clothes to be hung rather than folded.

Used to be great but recent time I witnessed a conflict between a few customets and attendant on which mode they should select, yet my machine was stopped and restarted twice. I think it drained detergent so clothes were not as fresh as usual after wash.

Horrible ! They charged my card 3 times . The total was $75 came back the next day it was $103 . And they charged my card for $125. The man hung up the phone and said he’s not dealing with this . And my socks were still dirty when they dropped my clothes off . They need to do better ! Close them down ! ASAP!

Normally this place us great but today not so much. They normally open at 7am on Sundays but today apparently someone forgot to change the clocks. Been standing outside almost an hour waiting with a few others and it is now 7:45 am and still not open. Update: was told by owner that someone called out sick which was why they were late in opening. Things happen, so I am updating my review back to 4 stars because normally there are no issues with this place and the staff is helpful, prices reasonable and machines efficient.

I'll up my review to 5 stars if I can get an answer here. Sometimes, when I go in, I have some spare change, coins, but a little while back I tried to exchange a couple quarters, dimes and nickels for a dollar but an elderly man said he didn't have a dollar. What gives? What's the policy on this? I only had coins and the machine only takes bills. If I had a dollar bill there wouldn't have been an issue, but I didn't. I had coins.
