I was recommended this place for my wedding gown cleaning and preservation and it did not disappoint. Kim was so kind and helpful, the turnaround was quick, and the results beautiful. My dress had some significant dirt stains from our outdoor wedding and the care and results were excellent. The price was also extremely reasonable compared to other cleaners in the area. I've been telling everyone about Northwest Cleaners and it'll be my go-to dry cleaner for any future needs.

I brought in my oversized comforter to be dry cleaned, and couldn’t be happier with the results! She did an absolutely amazing job. My comforter came back looking brand new, smelling fresh, and perfectly fluffed. I was a bit worried because of its size and cat hair it accumulated, but she handled it with great care and attention to detail. The turnaround time was quick, the customer service was friendly and helpful, and the experience was seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality dry cleaning, especially for bulky items like comforters!

Absolutely fantastic service! I called Kim Thursday morning and was needing a rush service that needed finished by Friday at noon. She was able to get it turned around for a very fair price. Super friendly lady and was there talking with here for awhile once I picked up my suit and we shared a few good laughs. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Northwest Cleaners going forward. They earned a repeat customer!

This is my second time here, and Kim is one of the nicest business owner I have ever met. Always greets me with a smile and professionally cleans my garments with care. Always finishes early than expected and I would come here for dry cleaning every time. Loved it!

I needed a suit tailored for a quick turnaround. I expected it would take about 2 weeks which was very close to the event I needed the suit for. To my surprise, Kim had the suit ready the very next day! I was very surprised and the suit looked amazing. She is one of the kindest business owners who really cares about the customer.
