UPDATE: All of the floor staff are super nice and easy to talk to when I went it about my tux but the floor manager had major attitude problems and made a point bring up my review when we were talking about what to do with the tux. Long story short it took them 4 weeks to tell me the problem is “poor quality”, clearing trying to avoid liability even after I offered a fair resolution of getting a quote for repairs and seeing if they were willing to cover those costs. -adding a picture of my soaking wet buttons because I think they washed the suit, you’ll have to zoom in to see the water spots in the bag My wife took my 3 piece suit that I wore at our wedding here. It was custom made and $1,300. This place SHRUNK my jacket and pants to the point where I can no longer wear them. The jacket has a hole and several spots of heat damage. Photos attached from my wedding so you can see how the jacket use to fit my wrists and how my pants use to fit my legs. And there are several places on BOTH the pants and jacket where the seam thread has been pulled out. Even the spare buttons in my pocket were soaking wet when I got it back so I suspect it was tossed in a washing machine.

I dropped off a 1990 prom dress and a flapper dress on a Tuesday hoping to get then back by Thursday afternoon. They said it would probable be done by Friday but to watch for a text in case it got done earlier. It did! The staff were fantastic and friendly. This was my first time using Caskey Cleaners. I’ll be back for sure!

Dropped off an ugg comforter Wednesday before 4th of July and got a message it was ready 2 days later. Despite it being a holiday weekend, I got it so quickly. The drop off and pick up process was easy! It was great and my product is clean.

I was considered about where I took take two T-shirt that were pricey to be clean and not damaged. They checked to make sure they able to clean the shirt and did an excellent job. I will definitely use their services again.

I would give below 1 star if I could. I sent 2 winter jackets right before the shop close for dry cleaning and got a message in the morning that it’s ready to pickup. I was suspecting that they may not even clean and I was right. When I pickup the jackets, they smell like it has not been cleaned!!! They just simply put the jackets on a hanger and gave them back to me. What a fraud this place is!!!
