Clothing Care Dry Cleaners

I brought in a 15 year old leather shoulder bag which needed a missing rivet replaced and, as the leather had not been conditioned since the bag was purchased new, I requested this service also. Both services were completed in one week's time and the bag is like new again and ready to accompany me on my next flight. The charge was very reasonable. Thanks for your great service!

Small, " do everything";cleaners tucked into a small strip mall in the middle of Upper Arlington. The staff here are very friendly and have always provided good advice. Dry cleaning, clothes service, show repair, and specialty cleaning are all available. They also have some cleaning supplies and shoe care products. Lastly, they also offer text reminders when your clothes are ready.

I brought in my favorite leather sandals that I had not worn in years due to multiple scuffs and peeling leather. I wasn’t sure how they would turn out but I am so impressed! They look brand new! The lady that works there is amazing!

Unfortunately I’m going to have to edit this review. After a long standing relationship through two moves to Columbus, I’m very sad to say that they have disappointed me twice recently. First, they charged me $19 each to dry clean two dresses and then $19 each again to clean the under slips of both of those dresses. When I called I got absolutely no offer of resolution just ‘when they’re not attached they’re two separate dresses’ - They’re $2,000 dresses - of course they’re not attached…they are snap in! In addition, this winter they delivered a $3,000 Prada sweater to another condominium location and I had to chase it around to get it returned properly - never offered a refund for the cleaning, a free cleaning…NOTHING. For a ‘family owned business’ they certainly aren’t concerned with keeping their customers as part of the family. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommend you do as well. They are the absolute best!!! Always so happy with my dry cleaning and alterations both!
