I emailed to ask about dry cleaning a weighted blanket. In the end they weren't able to clean it because it would mess up their machine. However, they were extremely polite, professional, and even helpful with giving me alternatives to making sure I could clean it without damaging it or my own machine. I appreciated their help and quick response!

The first time using Swans and the last! I dropped off 5 coats to be cleaned and was told I would get a call or text when completed. 2 weeks it took for me to get my belongings. I never got any updates on my items. I had to call 3 times to get someone to get 1/5 coats back from wherever they send it off to. Then I pay $66 in which I was told I would get refunded feom a worker who cashed me out, when I call back to the cleaners when the manager returns. The manager said she would refund only 1 coat. The one that took the longest because they other 4 were already done. WELL, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED! The coats were dropped off together. I expect to pick them up all together. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM SWANS! A simple phone call or text with updates would have been sufficient. I work in customer service, and this location is definitely lacking that quality.

If -0- was an option... I tried giving them a few chances. Done. Completely ruined my clothing and took two months to try to make it better, but only made it worse. I really thought there would be some attemp to at the very least apologize, nope. No money back, no apology... horrible!

Dropped off 10 items - couple of sweaters, 2 pair of pants and some shirtsβ¦$118β¦no that is not a typo. $118!!!! Stay away!

Donβt come here unless you want your clothes lost because thatβs what happened to me. I gave them shirts π to dry clean at the beginning of this month and here we are at the end of the month and they canβt tell me what happened to my shirts. They basically lost my clothing and gave no idea where my shirts are. I gave them my shirts π almost a month ago and never π got them back. Itβs unacceptable and Iβve tried calling the guy the lady told me to call π± and it goes straight to voicemail. Iβm furious. Im never π using this place again π―
