Dry Cleaners and Washateria in Lytle

I recently visited the Washateria and was pleasantly surprised. It is clean, has so many amenities, and they even have laundry soap to purchase if you forget. Monica & her staff were super friendly and answered all my questions and the process of getting my stuff dry cleaned was super smooth. They are located in a great location off of Main Street. I was able to grab a bite to eat and some coffee across the street at some local gems while I waited for my clothes to wash. 10/10 recommend!

This place is clean and the customer service by Ms. Monica is excellent. Plenty of parking spots.Our washer and dryer damage at home so we needed something quick and fast, there were no lines, no waiting time, clean, they have soaps, softeners, Clorox, softener sheets, ect. They have a ATM, Cash to coin change and even washer and dryers connected to an app that is cashless, super easy to use, make sure to read instructions or ask for help! Thanks for your convinience

Had difficulty with PayRange app - The app kept charging me for the same purchase. Could not resolve online and no one to call. ***Follow closely the instructions posted.*** I like the option for PayRange and will come back to try it. Nothing bad to say about this place but the app was frustrating. Nice, clean, and safe place. UPDATE: I left a message and Ms. Monica called me first thing Monday morning. She helped me resolve the issue. Excellent customer service.

The Washateria is my favorite laundromat in the area. Its so bright, clean, and spacious. The staff is excellent and very helpful. I love the big long tables with chairs. It's great for folding laundry and doing tasks while waiting (not that it's a long wait...appx. 20 minutes for wash and 20 for dryer).

Clean, Convenient, and Customer-Centric This laundromat is a gem! The facility is always spotless, and there are plenty of washers and dryers to accommodate everyone. Monica, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've also used their alteration and dry cleaning services, and they always do a fantastic job. The customer service here is truly exceptional – hands down the best I've ever experienced!
