I recently visited Paloma Cleaners in Pacifica and was thoroughly impressed with the remodel and the new services offered. The new owners, Billy and Andrea, are clearly dedicated to perfecting this laundromat for the Pacifica community and beyond. The highlight of my visit was the brand-new washers and dryers installed just last week. The variety of washer sizes is fantastic, ranging from 2 loads to a whopping 9 loads, which is my personal favorite. These new machines are a breath of fresh air and make doing laundry so much more efficient. The dryers are equally impressive, not only because they are brand new but also because they offer 7 minutes of drying time for just a quarter. It's a great value! Additionally, the convenience of payment options is a game-changer. The machines have so many payment options as well as accepting quarters, making the whole process seamless and hassle-free. Overall, Paloma Cleaners has truly elevated the laundromat experience. Billy and Andrea's efforts to improve the facility are evident, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Pacifica area looking for a top-notch laundromat with excellent wash and fold personal service.

I absolutely love this laundry mat- so much that we drive here from Daly City! It’s so clean and bright and spacious - they have laundry carts and vending machines offering snacks, drinks and soaps in case you forgot something, you’re set! The prices are great - I haven’t tried the dry cleaner services yet but when I need it I will definitely bring my items here. The decor is so cute with beach vibes and the bathroom is immaculately clean and roomy! The owner (Billy) and staff (Anthony) are super friendly and make you feel welcome. Whenever I’ve come here it’s not been crowded either - this place is a hidden gem and I hope it stays that way 😊

Billy and the team at Paloma Cleaners are fantastic. Cannot recommend enough! They picked up our large washable rug, washed it per instructions, hung it to dry, and dropped it back off. Reasonably priced and so easy to work with. We will be back. :)

The wash and fold is excellent! I was using Rinse, but it didn’t feel like my clothes were getting really clean, and everything came back wrinkled and sloppily folded. Decided to try this local spot instead. First of all, customer service was friendly and efficient. My wash and fold came back clean and crisp and folded nicely so that I can hang things without too many wrinkles. This place is awesome.

Just when I thought this place was done getting better, they go ahead & replace every piece of equipment with all brand new machines ! They have also installed credit card readers that take cards, apple pay & an app as well as quarters. Also, they have changed the floors & even bought new laundry carts. Twice as many as they had before. All this & then they replaced the floors as well. I love this place. It has a really cozy feel & there’s always a staff member on site to help with anything you need. She guided me on how to use the machines for the 1st time which was a huge help. The best part is with these new generation washing machines, you only need less than half of the soap of the older ones.
