This company should carry the equivalent of a black box warning for consumers. If I could rate them negative ten stars, I would. I entrusted Mulberry's with two sets of expensive bedding: one king set and one queen set. My instructions were explicit—all sheets were to be pressed. Instead, the king set was returned in a crumpled bag, completely ruined with black stains covering every single sheet. No one contacted me to explain or apologize. They simply charged me and returned the damaged set in that condition. To make matters worse, they have lost the entire queen set. They now claim they do not have it in their possession and cannot return it to me. Their item logging system is completely opaque and flawed. Online order records merely describe the bag type (e.g., "big berry bag" or "express bag") with no inventory of the actual contents. As a result, I have no documented proof in their system that I provided them with a full queen set—though I unquestionably did. There are three beds in the home, and now I am left with only one returned set. Clearly, someone failed to log the order properly, and the digital system reflects less than what I actually submitted. This has been an extraordinarily upsetting experience. These were not even my personal sheets but belonged to a client, forcing me to now explain this entire disaster to them. I strongly caution anyone considering this service: do not use this company. They will not reimburse you for items they destroy, they will lose your belongings, and they will deny responsibility when they do.

Date: 01/29/2025, Came in to pick up my three white dress shirts. They are spotless, so Thank you Mulberry’s! The CS counter person was Jose, who is a gentleman and a scholar. It is always a pleasure to interact with the staff here at the Marina store.

Ruined a few of my favorite pieces. Very disappointed. They came back not cleaned and faded (red tape shows stuck on food), or full of some kind of white residue. Previous pieces I dropped off that had to 'treated' to remove stains now have obvious faded spots. I had one white shirt that they claimed they couldn't get the stain out if. I washed it with borax at homeand it came out right away. For the high price and the promise, you can probably find another place more consistently able to return the clothes to you in a clean and cared for way. I appreciated that they offered a discount this time around. Unfortunately I have to find a new cleaners.

Mulberry’s finally did it right - they have created a dry cleaning experience that is genuinely a delight to go to. The people, the smell, the discounts sprinkled throughout.. I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you for reimagining dry cleaning and for being the top neighborhood choice. A special thank you to Naznin for keeping a spectacular experience while becoming the manager and to Jose for always putting a smile on my face.

Mulberrys ruined my $600 jacket and refused to take any responsibility. I trusted them with a brand-new tweed jacket from Sandro that had a minor drink spill. As it was expensive, I paid extra for insurance thinking it would cover any potential damage. When the jacket was returned, the tweed was torn & frayed all over, and covered in extreme pilling. I was shocked that they could return something in such terrible condition and contacted them immediately. They agreed to inspect it and later insisted on sending it to the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) to “determine the root cause,” saying I wouldn’t be eligible for compensation otherwise. Over a month passed, and eventually they claimed the damage was due to a “construction issue” with the jacket manufacturer — Sandro, an extremely reputable European designer brand — and denied any responsibility. Despite my efforts to explain the jacket was high quality & in brand new condition before they handled it, they refused to take accountability and told me to deal with the brand directly. At the end, they returned the ruined jacket without any sort of compensation. TLDR: Avoid Mulberrys if you care about your clothes. Even if you pay for insurance, they will not take responsibility for any damage.
