They did an amazing job taking care of my wedding gown. Cleaned and preserved (after being in my closet for 5 years). So happy with the result! Recommending to all my friends who need any help with dry cleaning or wedding gowns. Amazing customer service too. Everyone was super kind and helpful when I had a million questions about my dress. They also offer to drop off your dry cleaning right to your door! Love that. Also got text message updates when my dress was ready. So happy with my whole experience.

Quick responses, on time service of pickup and delivery. The quality on dry leaning was much better than my last place who sent it out to a HUGE CENTRAL location and washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning! I don’t usually leave reviews—being a mom of two little ones keeps my hands more than full—but I felt like I had to make an exception for BM Dry Cleaners. After our house fire, we were left with just a handful of items that hadn’t been completely destroyed. Most were badly affected by smoke, and honestly, I didn’t have high hopes. But from the very first visit, the team at BM made me feel like we were in good hands. They’ve gone out of their way for us—again and again. Some items were cleaned nearly ten times to get the smoke out, and not once did they make us feel like it was a burden. Every single person I’ve interacted with there has been kind, helpful, and truly considerate. And then there’s Bob. It’s rare to meet a business owner who cares as much as he does. He’s thoughtful, sincere, and clearly takes pride in making sure his customers are supported—not just as clients, but as people. When he offered us a 50% discount during such a difficult time, it wasn’t just generous—it was a gesture of real compassion that made a difference for our family. BM didn’t just do a service—they helped us start piecing things back together. I’m so thankful for them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service w/ a smile and a warm greeting every time! Always happy to see you, fast turnaround, quick to call if there’s an issue, alterations, recommendations, and they’ll even pickup/drop-off from your house! They’ve cleaned everything we’ve brought to them, including comforters/throws/rugs (big/small), all types of hats, gloves, etc. If it’s made of fabric, and gets dirty, they can clean it or, send it into one of their trusted partners, to ensure they clean it properly. They’ve truly covered all the bases! We truly cannot think of anything else a dry clears could do to enhance our experience! Highly recommended!
