Holiday Cleaners-Dry Clean Delivery

Warning: 1. They charge randomly. I brought two blouses to the dry clean, they are almost exactly the same just one is about one inch longer than the other one. The owner lady called one blouse and the other one sport jacket. There is no sport jacket but she can change double for sport jacket. 2. They don’t clean well. They didn’t do a good job the first time, there are still obvious spots left on the jacket. And she was sooooo unhappy I pointed it out. To the level she almost kicked me out. 3 owner lady is very rude. Don’t expect any services from them. And good luck to get your clothes clean!

Very nice owners, prompt and clean clothes - both dry cleaning and washing/press. I also have gotten my pants hemmed here and fixed missing buttons and broken zippers. All done professionally and at a lower price than other places in San Mateo/Burlingame area. I spend about 5 min each visit speaking with the owners. This place feels like a neighborhood, small store!

What I took in: A suit, three business shirts, and two pairs of dress pants. What happened: My garments were clean and ready on time, at the price I was quoted. The service: Very friendly. This was my first visit and they remembered me at pickup, which was nice. WIll go back - can't say much more, it's a dry cleaner and everything I needed.

The customer service is always top notch and everytime one of my items were damaged (not by them, but by myself), they always repair it for free!
