Skipton Street Laundry

Fantastic laundromat with extremely modern machines. Unlike others they didn't charge top dollar for half arsed machines. I say this because one Laundromat went to as we travelled Victoria had "dryers" that were lukewarm, in fact we had to put our washing through THREE TIMES! Highly recommend Skipton Street Laundry.

Nice little diy laundromat with 6 washers and 8 dryers. Great flexibility of paying by mobile, or kiosk.

Absolute joke paid for my wash cycle the money loaded and pressed start machine said initialising then removed my payment and said I had to pay again. Called the numbers during business hours and no one answered left messages nothing not a cheap laundromat either $7 a cycle and you can’t answer your phone absolutely useless.

I was travelling further to go to this laundromat due to its very reasonable pricing however the price has suddenly increased which is disappointing. It is always tidy however the chairs are very stained and I don’t feel comfortable using them due to this. Another problem I overlooked due to value for money in the past was the out of order large machine which has been ongoing for months so now I think I will go elsewhere unfortunately.

This is an efficient and comparatively reasonably priced laundry. Everything was functional, and clean. There was customer seating and magazines. You can use cards or change, and there is other laundry and drycleaning onsite. It is well- located near local supermarkets and take-away restaurants.
