Hi had a great experience with Avalon Cleaners. I had a cashmere sweater that wasn’t initially cleaned, and they tried cleaning it once more and unfortunately it still has stains. Mark called me about it and said they could try it one more time with harsher chemicals but there is risk they are too strong. I said no worries please proceed and the sweater came out perfect! I just want to highlight the multiple times Avalon tried to make this right and went above and beyond.

We were initially frustrated when our order was delayed, but they went out of their way to resolve this, including delivering the clothes as soon as they were finished. We weren't expecting this commitment and great service and it totally turned around the experience. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Mark!

I went to avalon cleaners for the first time a few weeks ago. Sadly, somehow, my shorts ended up in someone elses order. This was initially upsetting, but I understand mistakes happen, HOWEVER, Mark was quick to call me and explain/apologize and reimburse me more then the cost of my missing shorts. Exceptional customer service! So 4 stars for the customer service, but still down a pair of my fave shorts and since I never actually saw my clothing dry-cleaned, cant comment on that aspect.

EDIT: Thank you Mark for replying and reaching out. I have been issued a refund, really appreciate you going above and beyond to rectify this situation! Brought in a dress on Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. Went in on Friday and Saturday and was told it was not ready and not even in the same building. When it was ready on Monday I asked if there was any discount since it was late, was told it was the same price, after some insisting they offered 10% off. The dress still has stains.
