They did an amazing job on hemming my jeans. They even kept the detailing that was at the bottom. Took well under a week to get them done. Any time I need an alteration this is the #1 place I would go to.

Wow, this place is absolutely fantastic!! Jacqueline was an angel and was able to do a last minute rush tailor job for me for my trip! I explained my situation, and she didn't even hesitate. The service was stellar, and the craftsmanship was amazing! I am so incredibly happy with their customer service and the work they put in to making my garment fit me like a glove!! Highly recommend!!

Been here twice now & I had such a great experience here 👍🏻 The staff were all professional and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Amanda—she was incredible. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel taken care of. She was patient, kind, and made sure everything I needed was done just right.

Really friendly and helpful staff at this place! Jacqueline was super nice, patient and helpful with getting my shirt adjusted to the perfect length the correct way! Highly recommend Jacqueline, she's a great lady! If you need your favourite clothing adjusted to fit you more perfectly, just tell them what's bothering you or how you want it adjusted. Mar 17, 2025 Update: Ryan is one of the best staff there, he's knowledgeable and figured out how to adjust my jacket without being too expensive!

I have taken items to Stitch It 4 or 5 times now. Their pricing is good and all my items were ready on time. I will use them again.
