Tower Cleaners - Copperfield

I think there was a new lady working at the front counter, because she was struggling on what the procedures were and what was drycleanable and what wasn't. We took two pillows and a coat in and apparently they don't dry clean pillows with memory foam. The coat looked cleaner but by itself was $50. The lady said it would be 2 weeks before getting it back. Four days later, I get an email infroming us that it was ready. So; I think the problems that we had was because the lady was not properly trained.

Had such a great experience with this dry cleaner. My winter sweaters came back looking better than brand new, the suit came back clean and expertly cared for. All my items were ready for pick up a day earlier than promised. Would definitely recommend

I took a winter coat in for dry cleaning and to have a button sewn on. When the coat was picked up the button was sewn on but the coat hadn't been cleaned. Now I have to return to get the coat cleaning done.
