First time using launderette has nice modern washing machines and dryers. Reasonable prices and staff on hand to help that are polite and friendly. Very clean and tidy:) will be back

I have used this launderette for months and always tend to go on a weekend! Little Ange is fantastic, she's always really helpful and whilst waiting for my drying we have a nice friendly chat. Can't say I can say the same for the rest of the staff when the times I have been during week which is why I o ly come in on weekends now. They need to smile with a service and be like Ange!

Disgusting behaviour. I went in one minute past 5 and she was so rude and said that I can’t use the dryers when they close at 6, and then let me use them by scowling and telling me to come and use and will let me off this time! They cleaning and dusting right in my face and dryer dust going everywhere. My drying was done before 6 and was waiting for lift and they literally telling me to get out of the shop and it wasn’t even 6. I went and stood infront of door and this other woman came in and literally told me to get out and shut the shutters in my face. I went there few times as it’s closer to me, again rude behaviour and not giving change and then give it after talking rudely. I’d rather go to further one who has better customer service than this rude behaviour absolutely disgusting. Oh and I accidentally put my clothes in staff dryer and put it on and she made me take it all out from both dryers! After being turned on.

Absolutely fantastic service from Little Angela! I have used this establishment for drying big loads of laundry when the weather is bad for many years and have always found the staff helpful and welcoming. Today I used their wash, dry and fold service and I have to say Angela went above and beyond and I am so grateful for her help. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the get go. Called two days ago asking if it was ok to bring cushion covers into the shop to be washed and dried as a service. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that it would be weighed and then I would be charged according to weight. I brought the cushion covers into the shop inside of a black bag. As soon as I walked in the member of staff (Liz) scowled at me. I greeted her to which she said nothing and then I asked her if I could put the bag in to be weighed for wash and dry. There was no hello or anything just ‘Well it won’t be ready until tomorrow after 10am’! I was shocked at her response but I said ‘it’s ok no rush’. She told me to leave the bag on the floor? I told her ‘no this needs to be weighed then I need to know the price’. She said she didn’t want the bag on the counter. She then weighed it, didn’t tell me the price and just handed me the ticket. I said thanks but then asked if she could please use softener like previously. She told me ‘no sorry we don’t use softener? I said ‘but I’ve always asked for it and it’s been used’ she said not by me the other lady uses her own if u want it it’s 20p per cup. I said that’s fine can I pay for it? She then said ‘we’ll just use these capsules they have softener in already’. At this point I was in a rush so I said it was fine. As I got to the car she ran out and said ‘excuse me, that bag is cushion covers! We don’t wash them’ I said ‘yes you do that’s why I came here I asked two days before if u did and the lady said yes’. She said no no we don’t. She called the manager (Ange) who I was certain was the one I’d spoken with two days before and asked her but would not allow me go speak with her as I’d requested. She walked off and was smiling as (Ange) claimed she’d never spoken to me and that I should wash them myself? I had my baby in the car and I’d explained the cushion covers were my daughters who is unwell so I was bringing them to help her. (Liz) just laughed in my face. I grabbed the bag and left. I went to another laundrette immediately after and the difference in service was massive! They greeted me with a smile and when I explained it was cushion covers they did not hesitate and said they’d be ready within the hour. I’m absolutely disgusted in the service presented by (Liz) this is not the first time she has been so rude and unprofessional. I complained before as she rolled her eyes last time and slammed on the desk when I’d brought washing previously. The manager did not seem to care. Avoid if you expect decent customer service from this company. With exception of one member of staff (Little Ange) who isn’t even the owner, this shop would not have survived. Awful customer service
