Recently moved around the area so it was my first time coming and it was great the guy Ryan was nice and explained everything to me.I dont understand all the bad reviews I was reading almost all of them and I was indecisive to come but im glad I came, my clothes came out nice clean and smelling good and free drying was great, plus free and good coffee I bet you cant find that anywhere. An extra plus was that it is a clean place. Will be coming here now !

REPLY TO THE OWNER: I consistently come at 5:55am, which is when the doors auto unlock, and when I leave by 7:45 there still isn't an employee there. The floors have been dirty during each of my visits over the past few months. It’s disappointing that instead of addressing these service issues, the response has been dismissive and inaccurate.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years, and it’s gone downhill quite a bit. I usually come first thing in the morning, and there used to always be an attendant there within about 30 minutes. Lately, that’s not the case. So if you run into an issue, you’re stuck waiting around until someone finally shows up, whenever that is.

The place just isn't kept clean anymore. The floors are constantly dirty, with visible grime, which was never a problem before.

My biggest issue, though, is the dryers. The small, free ones are terrible! You have to shuffle your clothes around and use multiple machines just to get things dry in a timely manner. They did add two new large dryers that cost extra, and while those actually work well, it almost feels like a bait and switch because the free dryers barely do the job.

If things don’t improve, I’ll have to start going somewhere else because I need a laundromat that's reliable and clean.

I was in there this afternoon. I have come here in the past and didn’t have any issues but today was different. I washed clothes at my house and my dryer stopped working. I decided to come to a familiar laundromat. Considering I am familiar with your establishment, I went right to the dryers. I loaded the dryer put in 5 quarters and as I was about to load another dryer, I was approached by one of your workers. She said, you can’t put your clothes in there, you didn’t wash them from here. I said Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know. She said there are signs everywhere and she pointed around the walls to where they were located. I said oh ok and she said you will need to remove your clothes, you can only wash clothes that come out of my washers! Didn’t offer to give me my coins back, nothing. It was the tone in her voice that was unnecessary. I didn’t do it intentionally. I understand that you have policies put in place for specific reasons, that’s not the reason for my 1 star. It’s the customer service. There is a way to approach people without making them feel uncomfortable for making a mistake.

The manager and staff keep this place clean. The dryers are big and actually work. Washers clean your clothes not make them stink. I have lived out in the area for months and once we found this laundromat we wont go anywhere else.

Mr Suds is a decent place to get your laundry done, but one thing I can say is expect to be here a minimum of 2.5 hours (30 for washing, 2 hrs for drying). The washing is great and no issues there, but once you get to the dryers, you will wait because the dryers don't all dry either from not heating or "sail switch closed" errors. The employees will say it's because you put too many clothes in, but the fact is, it's still cold inside. You'll have to switch dryers for the same load multiple times. Since the free dryers don't work most of the time it really makes you wonder if they're trying to force you to use the paid ones instead. Once the dryers work I will move up to 5 stars because this place is overall 5 star but drying is 50% of washing laundry.

I recently needed 5 pairs of jeans (american eagle brand) altered in the waist and I am so impressed with the quality of work the seamstress did, my jeans fit so well now! The alterations took about a week and was under $20 per pair. Definitely recommend Capital Cleaner for alterations 🙂

Flew in from Los Angeles for an event and we needed several suits and a dress pressed.  Turnaround time was fast and they did a great job.  Friendly staff a big plus.

Tried many, many cleaners before finding Captital for years now. Even though further away from my home, I have never been disappointed, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and honest. I've had regular dry cleaning, tailoring, pillow cases repaired, uniforms, and so on. I'm only sorry for taking me this long to review, but time is the best indicator of consistent quality.

I needed some formal clothes, dry, cleaned quickly, and hopefully well. I found out about Capital Cleaner on a Google search, read the reviews, and gave it a shot. So glad I did. There’s a plant on the premises, so it was done overnight and everything looks great. They even sewed a button on for me. Kudos.

I grew up in Glassboro and Capital cleaners has always been the place to go for good service. I had a bad experience recently with my son's dress shirt. Gave them 8 of them and one got ate by cleaning machine. I would suggest not giving them too many shirts at once especially if it's a light weight or thin fabric. Luckily the shirt wasn't expensive and I can replace it. Other than that they are still very friendly and honest people. The gentlemen paid for shirt and I didn't pay for any of the cleaning . Still sad about the shirt though.

Thank you to the lovely and kind lady at the counter and the seamstress who performed a fantastic job on a top that I thought was beyond hope! I lost quite a bit of weight and when I could finally fit into it, it had tiny holes through out it! But happily it was repaired and cleaned beautifully 😍. And the cost was minimal. Again, thank you. You have a new customer Bella Dry Cleaners!

I had 3 of my formal dresses altered here recently for a friend's wedding and they came out perfect! One of the dresses I even had them reconfigure to be more flattering for my figure and it looks great! The service was so extremely friendly and she really took her time to pin my dress and listen to my suggestions. I dropped pants off the other day here to be hemmed and will definitely continue coming here for any of my alterations/dry cleaning needs. They are awesome and the prices are reasonable!

This is my go to dry cleaning haven. Cleanliness, quality of work, and timeliness is out of this world. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Got about a dozen from coats, to dresses, and suits and they were all done in a week, two weeks the longest and if needed expedited there is the option. Commendable and top tier.

Bella cleaners is under due ownership. I took a shirt that was stained. They were unable to clean the stain or remove the stain, but no one contacted me and when I went to pick the shirt up, it was on a hanger just as though a clean shirt would be After I got home. Something made me look at the shirt, and the stain was still There. No one called no one even let me know that the stain hadn’t been removed. When I spoke to the owner. His concern was he didn’t want to give me the money back or a credit. He was more concerned about keeping the money, not pleasing a customer..  I will not do business at Bella cleaners any longer. I can’t trust them.

I have gotten multiple alterations there and the service is impeccable! Roz is so encouraging and is always willing to work with you to get the best results possible. 10/10.
