First 2 photos are what was supposed to be shirts pressed with heavy starch the third photo is a shirt I pressed myeslf for comparison. I complained and they offered to re press the shirts for free, when I went in to pick up what was supposed to be a complimentary re press I was charged for it after explaining it was supposed to be a complimentary re press because it wasn’t done correctly I was still made to pay for the re press. The re press was still done without heavy starch as I asked they were just pressed with no stach. Save your momey and find a cleaner who cares and follows your directions.

Went in to get alterations on a dress and the front desk woman was condescending and rude.  Just kept saying No No No without giving any suggestions for what could be done. Then she quoted an exorbitant price for the alterations.  Won't be going back.

They did an excellent job of alterations on my husband's new suit, just in time for our niece's wedding! A little pricy, but the work is very professional and it was ready promptly, as promised, with no need for refitting. My husband is very happy with the service that he received and will go back again.

Was told $2.50 clean and press when I went to pickup 4 short sleeve shirts my bill was over $21 dollars (unbelievable) lady at front desk told me it was because shirts weren’t 100% cotton. Never again

Dropped off 2 shirts and two pairs of pants was quoted $10.50, picked them up I was charged $15.10. Turns out owner does know the difference between polyester and cotton. They did not even press the shirts. Can't argue with them, turns out the back of the receipt stated they can change price and not notify you. Beware... look at back of receipt.

Family owned business and they do not take accountability for the damage they have done. They ripped and tore my expensive wool coat. I would never go back to them and I would never recommend them to anybody.

Washed/Laundered shirts I brought in for dry cleaning.   These were limited edition very expensive designer shirts with a high collector re-sale value (at least until I took them to this cleaner).   Not only did I expect them to be dry cleaned but they wrote my name on the LABEL!    Writing on clothes is damaging them. Whether inexpensive for $250-$500+ shirts like the one's I brought in, a cleaner should NEVER permanently markup up a customer's shirt; especially without telling them.

Would have given 1-star for this but they are inexpensive and the result -minus the damages- was OK though  not as good as some other places I've used.   By not as good, here clothes were less pressed, shrinkage occurred, and color was not as sharp after --even for the items I believe they actually did dry clean.

Additionally, I brought in a white sport coat.  the sleeve had some nasty stain on it from probably some split drink on a bar I leaned on.  I pointed out the stain when I dropped off.   They returned the jacket without any comment.   Upon arriving back home, I noticed while the stain was much better it still was bad enough I'm hesitate to wear it.

I absolutely will not be going back.

They burned my shirts and when I showed it to the owner she said it was because of the lotion from my skin.  Not only did I pay for the burned shirt, I had to pay for new shirts.

Love this cleaners, friendly, great prices. We are here on contract work and I went to a couple of cleaners before finding this one. They are a great cleaners.

This place is great!  I have been doing business with them for many years and would not have it any other way.  Kindest people you could meet. They are so Dedicated to getting the Best Job done and they never take any shortcuts.  Beautiful work, I would recommend them to Everyone!!😊

Edit- went for coffee and they were opened as I was driving past. Handling a rapid turn around for me, I will update again after pickup.

Online and door 7am M-F. Waited until 7:15 in case something came up and I understand life happens, no lights no one here and no one answering phone to explain the issue. I prefer to support small business in town when I can but this all but makes the decision for me when I have an important turn around time.

Awful customer service! I brought in my husband’s 3 piece suit to be cleaned. I was told to pick up on Thursday. The owner called to say it wouldn’t be ready. I asked when to come in on Friday. She said 11am. I went at 12:35pm. Still not ready. She called when everything was ready but never told me that there was a stain on my husband’s shirt. He put the shirt on to wear to a wedding the following day and it appeared to have been burnt. I called. They said to bring it back. We couldn’t bring it until Monday. I went in on Monday and the woman was so incredibly rude and argumentative. She even insisted I brought in 4 items! (I only had 3) my question was: why didn’t someone point out the stain when I picked the items up?? And now why be so rude?? I was never loud or rude to any of them. All they had to do was explain that the shirt came in with a stain. She made sure to point out that I am not a good/repeat customer. I know they don’t care that we won’t ever be back, but I hope this review makes others consider going somewhere else! I will definitely tell people about my negative experience. Treat people nicer!

So I got my brand new dress dry cleaned for a wedding.  The day I was getting ready I noticed all the buttons on the back were missing.   I paid 150 bucks for the dress when I bought it from jcpenney.  I went back to the cleaners they told me they were missing before they dry cleaned it. I have pictures before I took my dress in and the buttons were there as it was a brand new dress.   The lady said she wanted to tell me that before I left after dropping off my dress.  It was a bold face lie she gave me my ticket and told me have a nice day.  She seemed confused and seemed incompetent.  She was extremely rude. Don't go here..

Took my sons correction officer shirts to the cleaners to get his name embroidered on it . I checked on the progress three times and it was still being worked on . The new owner speaks poor English and doesn’t understand directions when given. Went to pick up the shirts and she sewed his name with the wrong color . They used brown when it should of been gold . They took both of his correctional patches off the shoulders and denied taking them off . The shirts were paid for by me. Upon returning to the cleaners to tell the lady owner that the embroidery was done in the wrong color.
When asked what happened to the removed patches and she stated I didn’t take them off and she asked her husband and she told me he didn’t take them off. Who did? We brought the shirts with the patches on . No money was refunded . Very disappointed! Won’t go back there again. The previous owners was wonderful beyond wonderful. My son and I had to take the shirts today together police store in Woodbridge to get the problem corrected. 39.00 plus 10.00 I paid to the cleaners. Very disappointed !!!!!!

I’ve been using Hampshire cleaners for the last few years. I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but the customer service is amazing and the owner is really friendly and does the best she can
