Fraudsters.  I was told that my rug would cost no more than $100 to clean.  I  paid upfront and when collecting the rug, was told it was an additional $25.  The owners contradicted what they said at drop off and I had to pay the extra amount to collect my item.

Heard good thing, got poor results. And for the price… wow do I feel scammed. $40 for this to look worse than it did when you got it is wild. It’s still got dirt in it, it stinks still, and it is now very faded which I have no idea how you manage to do dry cleaning. But regardless dirt should come out of this, not like it’s oil. Looks like it wasn’t even touched, and for sure smells like it wasn’t. Horrible.

Absolutely the best dry cleaners around! I’ve been using Lighthouse Cleaners for years, and they always do a fantastic job — everything comes back perfectly cleaned and pressed. But what really blew me away was their honesty and integrity: they found $100 in one of my pockets and stapled it right to my cleaning receipt when they returned my clothes! How great is that? You don’t find service — or people — like that anymore. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Old Saybrook area!

I am not one for writing many reviews but I just had to!! My favorite wool/cashmere blend coat was ruined by some stranger who spilled red wine all over me and I thought it was toast. Lighthouse Cleaners cleaned it in only one try no problem after another cleaners said it couldn't be done! Shoutout to them for always being friendly and reliable.

Great service !!! Just moved to Niantic and I had a white shirt with a rust stain. My dry cleaner in Middletown was unable to get it out. I went to the local cleaner in Niantic and they were unable to get the stain out. I decided to go a to Lighthouse Cleaners and they were able to get the stain out. Picked up 6 chef coats and it didnt even look like one was cleaned. I have been to other places and they come out spotless. They charge double than what we have paid previously. I only tried this place since it was closer to my home. I will drive the extra 15 miles where I know the job is done.

If you are going to get a prom dress shortened ANYWHERE, go to this place. I can tell you that their work is phenomenal. The nice woman who did the adjustments on my daughter’s dress not only got the dress done almost a week earlier than it was expected to be, the quality was amazing and better than any place I had been to before for a fourth of the cost. They are timely, kind, and overall great people. I would recommend them to anybody looking for good dress alterations in the area.

Excellent.  Pants were ironed with knife-like creases and they looked wonderful when I wore them to church with a tan sportcoat and necktie.  Service was prompt and cheerful.

The "BEST" dry cleaing service I have ever had. Drop off in the morning and ready to be picked up that evening. Very friendly staff, almost never have to even give my name. They know who you are. I highly recomend!
