Copeland's Classic Cleaners

My daughter needed her choir robe hemmed. I searched online and saw that Copeland's Classic Cleaners had a good rating. I called them TWO times and start explaining what service I needed. They simply hung up on me. That was very rude and unprofessional of them. Disappointed in the experience.

My family has been using them for years. I few shirts has been lost here and there. But my sister’s wedding is in a few days and we thought about bringing the grooms men’s clothes there. When arriving to the store we received 3 out fits back and the 4th one was missing. When we addressed to them the outfit was missing they told us there was nothing they could do. Then calling the owner we was told to just go get another one and to bill them. Which is fine if it wasn’t for the fact these was ordered outfits for a wedding that is a few days away. They had no care into fixing their mistake. If choosing to go there please check all the clothing being brought in and coming out because they have no care to make sure your personal belongings are going to you or not.

The absolute best in Hartselle. Their prices are ridiculously low for the quality of work that they perform. They've been around this long for a reason. Come here first and then realize why no one goes anywhere else.

Best dry cleaners by far. Dropped off my wedding attire 3 days before the big day, and was able to pick it up in a timely manner!

The Laundry Room

Went there today to do some much needed laundry. Got the wash done just fine but while I was drying I paused it to check if they were close to done and it wouldn't start back up nor would it refund me my money. I texted the number for help and they said they can credit me or refund it on Thursday. It's Tuesday why the hell would anyone want or have to wait that long. On top of that I didn't want a refund I wanted to finish my laundry but now I'll take it home damp as hell.  Thanks for nothing

Took my clothes here last night.   They were in the dryer, almost done,  at 10 PM.  Last wash is at 10.  I get there,  and the door is locked with the lights on.  No employees there.  My clothes are now hostage to someone too eager to close early.

I come back at 630 AM to get my clothes, so I can, you know,  GO TO WORK, but here it is,  closed, lights off,  locked, not an employee to be found.

The phone number to call goes to VM.  No one here to help.

Now I have to rearrange my work day because someone can't be bothered to operate their business with the hours they have posted.

This is how you lose business, this is how you lose customers,  THIS is how  you lose money.

Needless to say, when and if someone shows up, I'm getting my wardrobe and I'm never coming back here again.

I went there to wash a king size comforter, followed instructions as stated, started inserting money after half was in, it would not take anymore, the return would not work,  $4.50 gone. I had already used my detergent. I called the number on the sign, went to voicemail. I go to the next one, did the same thing,  took $3.00,only I needed detergent, I went to machine to buy detergent, took my money, $1.25 no detergent, I tried again the number on the door to contact, went to voicemail again. My time was wasted, along  with about $10. Needless to say, I won’t be back!

Half the machines don't work or they take ur money. Dryers don't dry fully so you still end up with wet clothes. Poorly maintained.

This place needs a lot of help. more out of order signs then properly working machines. Also it's $1 for the first 5 min on the dryer then 5 minutes each quarter.

The Missing Sock Laundromat

Currently in here for first time,place have all the washers and dryers working.Theybhave all type of size and prices for all your needs.Also have coins machine but also have a screen on side in case you wanna pay with card and also there’s an app you can download in your phone and controlled machine and pay (just scan QR code in machine).Place was an attendant that was very helpful,place it’s clean (including restroom).Also have snacks machine,such a good place.

The cleanest and most reasonable laundromat in north AL. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All washers and dryers are in working order and the change machine is always full. Very nice place.

Wonderful first time experience here. Nice ladies working here, noticed the confused look on my face and kindly explained how to use the machines. This is a super clean facility that I feel comfortable coming to alone.

I do have a note for the owners though, I think it would be very beneficial to list on your website that this laundromat accepts credit/debit cards as well as coins/cash. That would have been nice to know before coming so I wasn’t counting quarters. I will definitely come back!

It's convenient for you if you live in the area, it's a little out of the way but the staff is friendly and it's clean. So I guess you get what you pay for, actually it looks a look better than the other ones in Decatur. This is the reason why I give it 5 stars plus they have FREE WI-FI and it works too.  I'd rated a 10+ because it's the ONLY ONE  that really matters. I'm a repeat customer, it is really a the only one that is worth it.

It was clean but this lady here, Im uploading a pic, works here and I witnessed her being a real biotch to a lady for taking the cart outside to get her laundry. She even repeated it..."you can't be taking carts outside!". How are we suppose to know that when there isn't ONE SIGN that says that. Any other laundromat its ok, cuz PEOPLE NEED TO LOAD THEIR LAUNDRY FOR GODSSAKE! She was not nice about it. I won't be going back there myself after witnessing that.

Took my duvet cover there to have it cleaned and they gave it back to me with a big spot on there that wasn't there before. The workers are really sweet so I was very disappointed when I saw it. They refunded the dry cleaning fee but it was a $150 comforter that I'll have to replace with my money.

Took my daughter's dress to get dry cleaned, when I picked it up there was a spot on the lace. The lady took the dress back to be cleaned again. Very nice customer service, prices are very reasonable. I will continue using this company.

Thay used to be great now they're terrible shrunk a very w pensive sweater and a very expensive shirt and refused to take any accountability or offer and compensation. I showed up at 8 am when they were supposed to open no one was there after five minutes they ate terrible now

A little out of the way, but the staff was pleasant. They have a drive through. My suit was clean and ready a day earlier than I was told it would be.

Been their customer for decades and not once have they made a mistake with our clothes.
