This laundromat is hands down the best one around...It's clean, cheap, and very convenient! Washers cost between $5.25 and $12.00 depending on what size you use. And I can easily dry a load of laundry with just $1.50. And the lady that cleans in the evening is so nice and she does such an amazing job. I highly recommend this place!

My dryer is broken so I've been washing my clothes at home and bringing them here to dry. The dryers are fantastic! Super efficient and affordable. Before this, I hadn't been in here in a few years- they've done a lot of work to it and it's much appreciated. Most of the machines have been replaced, the walls have been painted, and nice, clear instruction signs have been posted. A previous post mentioned dirty floors; the floors are dated (and therefore stained) but everything appears to be well taken care of and clean.

This laundromat is very clean. Another reviewer mentioned that the washers stink but it’s not the washers it’s the actual drain. We had the same problem in our house when the washer drained the horrible smell wafted up from the drain. We had to pour bleach down periodically to keep the smell under control.
I did 2 large loads and spent $18.

Good size nice washer and dryers. A bit on the expensive side. Nice folding tables and chairs for you to wait. We would go back. The only laundromat in the area that's halfway decent.

The place its self is just fine. Wish they had a change machine and a restroom. I travel a lot and have to use laundromats quite often so when I can’t find out about things like getting quarters ahead of time or the lack of bathroom facilities it can be frustrating.  Not bad on prices of the machines though.

During our remodel our dryer went out on us and had to wait over a week for the new set to be delivered, with 5 plus of us in the house laundry was backed up and couldn't wait so we came here to get it all done. Washers are older and a bit small but clean and worked good, dryers are older but big and work well. They keep the laundry mat clean! Took about 2 1/2 hours to get all 13 loads done!

Place is a dump and they are never open when they are supposed to be. Even have the open sign lit up. Change machine is always broken and the timers are off.

Once awhile the washers and dryers work right. ,6/10/23. The dryers worked good but dont like the price on washers it went up $3.50 a load.

Price gougers - I didn't know you could get commercial washing machines with such a small capacity. It's a game of drier roulette to find a working one, too bad if you're in a hurry. A perfect example of why it's so expensive to be poor in America today with businesses like this.

While this is a decent laundromat WHEN IT IS OPEN, I'm finding that it is now NEVER OPEN, even when the sign says it is. Guess I'll have to find a new place that wants my business.

First time going there. I got help through love inc and they made a tab for me and told me it would be there for about a week. So I wash my clothes and take them in to have them dryer only to be told that the funds on the account will only stay on my account tell the end of the day. Very confusing but hey they helped dryer my clothes. It would be a good idea to wash your clothes before bringing them to them since they charge 4.00 for a regular load of white clothes. So there a bit expensive if you have a lot you need washed and dryer. The dryers take a bit longer to dry then normal. But the whole place was clean and well put together. Sanitized also which is nice to know they still clean up after customers. The front desk guy was helpful in showing me how to use everything. Would recommend if you need a quick wash and dry. They even have various folding tables placed around the building. Larger dryers are over in the back for faster drying times. Smaller dryers at the front offer a slower drying time for a smaller load. They also have a section of books if you have a long wait time and want something to read.

So I am a truck driver and I dropped one load of laundry off to be washed and folded service seemed to be fine but I was missing a couple pairs of socks, a shirt and a pair of jeans when I got the laundry back I called the lady up and told her that and she’s like I checked the washing machine and I checked the dryerand that’s all there was and I’m like no I’m missing some clothes. She’s like I’m sorry, sir. I don’t know what to tell you never go there again.

Laundromat was clean washers are fast. The dryer ran hot even tho I set it on med heat. I will be using this laundromat all summer long and will update if anything changes.

The gal that was working there was so kind. She helped me get the machines going. She was very friendly and had a pleasant smile for everyone who came in assisting with any needs they had. I was extremely satisfied. She even held my pups lease when I carried my laundry to my car. It was also very clean.

Pretty clean as far as Laundromats go, however, I have 2 complaints
1) needs more extra large machines
2)when I explained to the owner that a machine took my money, she didn't even address giving me a refund

We have been going here for years now for dry cleaning. Trish, the lady that works the dry cleaning side is the sweetest ever, very professional and even offers to call on days that they are closing early and knows I might be coming in to grab my clothes. Always asks about my family and the few times I accidentally left money in the pockets, she put it with my clothes! Super trustworthy! Husband gets his jeans starched and pressed and they are perfect even single time!

Not Recommended – Unprofessional and Unclean

I do not recommend Dave’s Dry Cleaning. The longtime employee who has been there for over 30 years is rude, unprofessional, and clearly burnt out. Every interaction with her feels unwelcoming, and her behavior is far from courteous. Additionally, the manager keeps her dogs in clothes baskets, which is not only unsanitary but unprofessional. This place is dirty, unfriendly, and simply not worth your time. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Been coming here to do my laundry got 8 years. The price used to be 2.75 and since the pandemic, it was raised to 3.75... well today oct. 6th, I notice it's been raised again to 4.25. I already spent $30-40 here to wash for a house of 5 and I can hardly afford it and unfortunately don't have a big enough home for a washer and dryer. Dave lost anothet costumer with this price gouging. Hopefully it'll drop in the future but till then, im looking for a different place.

5 years using the self-serve laundry at this kid friendly location. Has everything you need to get your laundry done. Not fancy but reasonably clean and has a good selection of washers, big dryers, a change machine, lots of tables and carts, restroom, soap and pop machine. Plenty of parking front and back. Early morning is the best time to avoid the busy hours. Franz Bakery Outlet is close enough to walk to while your clothes are washing so you can stock up on inexpensive bread and bakery goods.

The options of larger or smaller washers are that you have a 5 load washer or a 3 load washer. The dryers are the same, and I was able to get 15 loads of laundry done in an hour and 30 mins. So far, this has been the best laundromat I have used, and I've used laundromats all over this country. If I ever come here again, I'm definitely bringing my clothes to this laundromat. In total cost, I spent roughly 23 dollars total to finish all 15 loads. It's pretty comparable to most laundromats I've been to. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to get some more comfortable chairs. The hard seat chairs after an hour of sitting gwt quiet uncomfortable.

Clean and bright spot, but very few machines and very high prices. If a couple people both have a few loads in the whole place is full. And I can usually wash and dry everything I need for $20, however this place took almost $30 to do about half. Parking outside is limited as well.

Small clean and everything works excellent. The Speed Queen washers and dryers are new machines and well-cared for.

The washer I used was a 3 load washer. More that what I needed. Paid $5.00 which is more than what I normally pay for laundry however given that quality of the wash, I have no complaints.

When you need clean clothes you need clean clothes. The dryer cost .25 cents for 7 minutes which is really good.

The bathroom was also super clean and stocked with hand towels and soap. That is a plus.

Very nice small laundromat!  The machines are all brand new Speed Queen units that are coin-op, with a touch screen to make your cycle and option selections.  Prices are pretty reasonable, and the machines definitely get the job done.  Place is very clean and well-designed.  It is small, as there is only one row containing washers on the bottom, and dryers on top.  The place really doesn't need to be big, though, as not many people in Onalaska (unless everyone there realizes how good this place is, then they might need to expand!  LoL)

You know the machines are new and modern to actually get your clothea clea  when they are touch screen!  Immaculate, bathroom that is u locked and also immaculate, the machines actually get your clothes nice and clean. What else could you need in a laundromat. Great job owners. I won't go to or recommend another laundromat in this region.
