Although some of the washers and dryers were operational, the overall condition of the laundromat was very poor. The facility, including the machines, was dirty, and I did not feel comfortable cleaning my clothes there. I only visited because it was the closest laundromat available during a winter storm, but I will not return under any circumstances.

Safety was a major concern. An older man, who appeared to be the owner or possibly just a worker, was mopping the floors while snow and ice were being tracked inside. The wet floors created a slipping hazard, and there were no wet floor warning signs posted. I nearly fell several times, and I am young; I can only imagine how dangerous this would be for older patrons.

Additionally, there were multiple disturbances during my visit. Two separate altercations occurred, one of which became physical. The first involved a dispute over a shirt removed from a dryer, which escalated into a shouting match. The second incident involved the same individual placing his laundry into a dryer already being used by an older customer. When the older customer returned and attempted to sort his laundry, the situation escalated. The individual began yelling and ultimately pushed the older man into another customer. Had that person not been present, the older man could have been seriously injured.

Police were called, but their response did not appear to resolve the situation. After the officer left, the individual continued behaving aggressively, throwing laundry baskets and occupying multiple dryers, despite many machines already being out of service. Due to the ongoing disruption and safety concerns, I chose to take my clothes home to dry.

By the end of my visit, most customers had left, and the environment remained uncomfortable and unsafe. This experience ensured that my visit to Bee Clean Laundromat was my first and last.

Poor facility washers are nasty while there homeless men came in with a dog and just hung around. Side door where you can’t see people coming in very sketch!!!

We travel a lot.this is one of the nicest laundromat I have seen clean, tv, WiFi and there's machines still use cash.

Used to be so nice (for about a week) until the free wifi made it home to all the druggies of New Castle. Now it's ran down, nasty, and not the best place to bring kids. Taking the wifi away helped with the laundry mat not being a hangout spot but druggies are ALWAYS coming in using the bathroom to do their drugs and they talk to people and ask for things and make so many people uncomfortable. They need to clean this place back up and be more involved with how the business is ran.

I've been here about 6 times in the last 2 months. It's been rather quiet and most people mind their own business. Today there were several homeless people but they didn't bother anyone. Most of the machines have been working until today. It was busy so I had 1 washer to use for 2 loads of clothes. 4 out of 12 dryers were out of order. The dryer I used worked really well.

Do not come here.. 4x size machine $6.50.. 25 min cycle, 10 of it is the last spin cycle which left close still damp,, 5 min per quarter for dryer.. robbery!!!

Never lost money. Never saw any bugs. Bathroom was locked. Laundry soap area in machines should be cleaned more often. Socks and dryer sheets all over the floor. Still better than the other 2 in New Castle.

took 30+ dollars of mine because the washers reset on me and called the phone number I found to contact the owner and they didn't answer nor return my call to refund me. the laundry bag machine also took my money and didn't give me laundry bags. expensive as hell too. Molly Hall owns it and I would expect her to do better! I went to school with her and don't remember her getting one over on people like this is sad 😞 this place shouldn't even be in business.

Very disappointed. Business is filthy. $6.50 for only 25 minute wash and only 5 minutes for each 25 cents drying. Comparing to other laundry in New Castle where $6.00 for 33 minute wash and 6 minutes for 25 cents drying.

Not a bad little laundromat if they had people there to help u with change or whatever but because they don't you have drug addicts camping out in the parking lot  changing cloths like it's a campgrounds makes me feel uneasy with them around would not recommend going there alone

Fox Cleaners and Laundromat

Girlfriend called to get her bridesmaid dress hemmed, drove an hour to get there and was told to call and bring it back in October because the lady she talked to was fired. Should've definitely taken care of the customer even if the employee she spoke to was fired.

Plenty of room but dryers get hot and some will shrink your clothes so be careful. But other than that they have big washers for like 6-8 loads and 1 that does like 80 lbs

New hours. Laundry has to be started by 4:00 closing is at 5:30

Manager said something to a patron who was coughing while maskless. She was polite, he gave her no trouble, and put his mask on. Takes courage to confront someone about lack of a mask, and she handled it well.

It's ok, it's a little more expensive than the one on broad St. But the lady that works there is really nice. Dryers were messed up, we didn't realize till we got home that some of our clothes got burnt in dryer and shrunk, like the soft clothes stuck to their self because it must have got too hot I guess,Socks shrunk.

I will start off by saying this is the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to however the dryer by the fire extinguisher left my clothes damp and I didn’t overfill the washer or dryer either so I had to pay $7.00 just to dry one load. That and the light on the camera came on so I know I was being watched like a hawk which is just kinda weird because we literally were just sitting there doing laundry.

Dive! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! paid for extra rinse and I still had suds on clothes.  Paid extra for dryers clothes so heavy and full of water could hardly bag back up to bring to local truck plaza to properly dry. Which the clothes need to be rewashed and dried since are still full of soap, which will irritate my skin. I just didn't want them to mold since I did this in the evening and needed to go to bed because I have to get up early but have no blanket to sleep with because I decided to wash it at this place.. Major mistake.. For all you travelers , keep going , buy new or wear dirty..-5☆🤢🤮

Clean, quiet laundry location. I was the only one there from 1-4:30. 4 washers, 4 dryers. Washers are $3.00/load $3.50 for hot water. Dryers are $3.50, but you do get a significant amount of time—52 minutes. If you need extra time pop another quarter in before time runs out, otherwise you have to start over at $3.50.
