They are amazing!

I brought in a dress I hadn't worn in 6 years and after I wore it I just stuck it in my closet without another look. I never had planned to wear it again but an occasion has now come up where I needed something.  I pulled it out of my closet and there was big stain on it (like someone spilled beer or white wine on it). I was unsure if it was even possible to remove and told them about how long it has been when I brought it in.  Expectations were set that since it was an old stain they might not be able to get it out.  When I picked it up it looks absolutely amazing and I can now wear it to my event.

They were extremely personable and very nice! I highly recommend them!

Incredible business and person. I was in town for a wedding, and decided to check out the nearby Men's Wearhouse for a different suit. Found a suit that I liked, but unfortunately the pants were way too long and large in the waist, and Men's Wearhouse would not be able to tailor them. I took them over to Cedar and asked if it would be possible to get them hemmed and taken in at the waist. Miraculously, the owner told me that his wife would be able to tailor them overnight, and he would meet me at the store the next afternoon to give them to me, even though they are closed on Sundays! This business and owners went out of their way to make sure that they completed the work for me before the wedding, even taking time out of their valuable day off to give me the pants, just to satisfy a customer. My experience with them was incredible from start to finish. Unfortunately I live 5 hours away, but if I lived closer, I would certainly take all my clothing here. Thank you again!

Excellent service.  The gentleman (owner?) did a great job on my dry cleaning and took time at pick-up to proactively talk to me about better ways to care for my clothes.

I don't use a dry cleaner very often, but Best Cleaners is a nice independent shop that does great work at an affordable price. I recommend paying the bill up front to save 10% on the total cost of their services. As a bonus, they have a convenient drive-thru to the right of their entrance.

Absolute hands down fastest and best service in the area. After my so called go to Cleaners in Wrentham suddenly changed owners, I needed a suit cleaned fast in 24 hours. Not only did this owner tell me he could do it, he did it in the same day and it was great and the cost was minimal. I am now going here from now on as my new dry cleaners. Highly recommended, friendly and fast service!

I have used so many cleaners in MA. This is by far the best cleaners around. Excellent customer service. Suits come out better than when I purchased new. If you need clothes for an emergency, they can do it the same day or the next day. I wish I found this cleaner early.

Quality Cleaners are amazing! I sell vintage clothing so I’m very particular about how items are cleaned and cared for given the age of certain garments. On my first visit the owner was very informative and took the time to explain how they specifically clean garments and which products they use; all very important for my business and preserving and extending the life of the clothes I sell. I feel very confident leaving vintage designer pieces in their hands like the two pictured here. The gold blouse had extremely deep wrinkles and the owner took extra time and care to return it to me looking superb! Amazing customer service and very fair prices!

Quality Cleaners is top notch for shoe repair!  I had 1 year old uggs that needed a zipper replaced, and a good cleaning.  They did a beautiful job on both and for a great price.  I also had beautiful Stuart Weitzman suede boots that needed a heel repaired, and also a good cleaning.  The boots look like new.  Thank you Quality Cleaners for taking such great care of my high end boots!

I have been so pleasantly surprised by the quality customer service at Quality Cleaners. Last weekend, I brought in a conundrum regarding two flower girl dresses for my daughter for our upcoming wedding, just a week away. Working with the owner, Quay, was a delight. He spent some time with me troubleshooting a comfort issue with the one dress I *really* want her to wear. Why do I want her to wear it so badly? Not only is it gorgeous, but after I had ordered the dress via Etsy in December, the designer from Ukraine ended up making it mid-Russian-invasion, in her workshop, between air raids (!!!). I am determined to use it!! But my daughter had been expressing discomfort with a strong seam poking into her stomach, and there seemed to be no good solution without reconstructing the dress entirely. Quay to the rescue! He kindly guided me to a simple solution that in fact benefited him not at all - just pinning down the problem area on my own to make a better fit. He tossed me a handful of safety pins and sent me on my way, happy to have been of service, knowing that he was possibly earning my loyalty as a future customer. He did, indeed. I returned with the "backup" dress and gave him my well-earned business for alterations. Quay then lowered the cost of the tailoring to meet my needs and was pleased to give us that peace of mind for our special day. I will no longer be looking for a cleaning business in Millis; I have found the company I want to support going forward - you should, too!

They did a fantastic job with my bridesmaid dress! It had a lot of layers of chiffon and needed extensive altering and it fits perfectly! They were fast, reliable and excellent quality. I won’t go anywhere else for my tailoring!

This place is fantastic; the owner's work is impeccable. I brought in some suits, and they came out even better than expected. I noticed she even fixed a few seams that a previous tailor hadn't done well. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and you couldn't even tell they were repaired.

I dropped a suit off to be dry cleaned, I paid before I left the suit. I returned to pick up my suit the lady possible owner didn't believe I paid and charged me again. I described every detail how I paid , what bill I paid with,  how many were there and the day I went. She claimed she didn't remember me, this must be a scam they are pulling. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone about this scam.
