Jay and his staff made my mother's 32year old wedding dress look brand new. When I took it to him it was covered in cat pee and black stains. I took it to the poinsettia highway location. I almost burst into tears when I saw how clean, pressed and beautiful the dress is. I feel confident that this is the dress for my big day. It only took 6 days for them to finish and this was over the holiday weekend. Customer service was amazing. I will be taking all of my cleaning to them now! Thank you dry clean express.

Consistently awesome.  They're friendly, timely, and do a great job.

Unless it’s a standard dress shirt they charge $7 or more for 1 shirt if it’s a softer fabric. Poor customer service, and they don’t even do a great job. Went once, never going back. I definitely would avoid.

Outstanding people!!!! My mom took my wedding dress there after getting my bridal portraits done and because the stain was so small they did not charge her for the service. They told her it was their wedding gift to me. You do not find good honest people like this anymore! HIGHLY recommend! Awful awful screaming owner.  We have gone to them for 4 years, and last week was the last straw for us.  My full review was posted today on Yelp.  Great service for the first 3 years, but this past year has been deplorable.  Torn shirts and buttons ripped off on almost every visit.  Owner won’t back up her work, just screams at you that it’s not their fault - really the worst type of human I have had the misfortune of doing business with.  Avoid this place at all cost - they have taken a downhill turn.

Great experience! It was easy to get in and out of the location, the people were kind and helpful, I was given a little welcome package as a new customer, there were text updates, and the turnaround was fast. My suit was very well handled and my wife’s dress came back hung on a little cardboard mannequin type thing to keep it in its shape. Definitely a quality service.

Went in with my son to drop off my down comforter. I walked in and said hello, two ladies sitting behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. Older lady with short hair and glasses got up as she saw an elderly white lady walk in behind me and greeted her with a big smile. Needless to say, I did not feel very comfortable in here at all. Took my business elsewhere.

Very nice people. Did not get collars and cuffs cleaned as requested, did not fold as requested, did not replace button in correct location as requested. Seems the work is sent to another location and the instructions don't transfer quite accurately. But as I said, nice people.

This place is a godsend. Going through my closet trying to get rid of stuff and occasionally finding something that I want to keep, but that is filthy. They're very good about telling you if they think they can get a stain out, and ate willing to try. They no longer do wedding dresses,  but we're willing to do mine and my daughter's,  since they're non-traditional.  All turned out beautifully.  My husband takes his things here, too, and he's the one who recommended them to me.

Tyler and his staff have been dry cleaning my clothes for roughly 12 years. They always go above and beyond when needed and I trust them 100 % with valuable clothing items.

Took a queen size quilted mattress pad cover that was way to large for home cleaning. Their good service was refreshing, and did an awesome job on our bedding! The young man that waited on me also carried it to the car for me. On a previous visit to Crossroad Cleaners, they fixed my husbands new suit jackets that a different cleaners (M.M.) ruined by useing wet-heat to press them. The fabric looked puckered & heat damaged from the steam and looked terrible! We thought they were ruined, Crossroads saved his  3 new suits!!! We definately will be going here from now on.

Have used them over the years no problems. Walked in today put two shirts on the counter said "hello how are you doing?" The new employee younger guy then the normal employees never responded. Didn't say hello or anything...so I grabbed my shirts off the counter and walked out
Went to a different dry cleaner less than a mile away and they got my money and all future monies.
Solve your problems before you come to work don't take them out on the customers.

I have used Crescent Cleaners for a number of years and I am happy to use this review to extend the complements they deserve. In my experience it is quite unusual to find a service operation that actually works at giving great service, is dependable and obviously appreciates their customer. These people do just that! This operation is so much better than the so called "quick-drive-thru" dry cleaning stores that are everywhere these days.. Very impressed with this place. Decent machines, I didn't expect such a good wash. Dryers also good, I'd use the Medium ones instead of small -  somehow those work better. Cleaned every day, very tidy. Restrooms don't work all the time.

Great 1st experience. They had employees on-site cleaning as I washing and I got off work late and my lovely friend Jennifer picked me up brought me there as it was close to her house and we lost track of time time and got back with 10min till closing with no one on site but was able to still dry my clothes although it took us past closing time which  was much appreciated 😊 I surely will be returning and recommending. The owners who have the V-Go are a wonderful family, they are great to everyone in the community. Unfortunately my washer broke and I had to find a laundry mat. I was impressed with the state of the art machines and cleanliness

Majik Touch Cleaners

First time customer giving them a shot due to convenient location. Charged me for an extra service without asking my permission to do so. Did not offer to take this unsolicited charge off my bill either. Won't be headed back with better price and service competitors nearby.

Been using this cleaners for a little over a year and unfortunately they are loosing me as a customer because of the dishonest practices of the person who does their alterations... I've had more re-do's in the last month than I care to deal with... Last time I brought something in the attendant was just plain rude & insulting...

Friendly, competent, efficient! Brandyn is an amazing seamstress. The pocket sewn on my polo shirt was perfect. All the work done there has been superb--a pleasure going to University Cleaners!

My first time at this dry cleaner, I took a beige linen blazer with no specific remarks when I dropped it off but when I picked it up the lady told me they couldn’t remove the stain I said there was no stain and she said well there was and charged me $8.83 I paid their fee and end up with a ruin blazer because the stain is in one of the pockets I’m very upset they should take responsibility. Usually, when I take my clothes to the dry cleaner they make notations to avoid this kind of issue but not at this dry cleaner. Will never come back.

Have used them for years, but the last few months service has declined drastically.  We took pants they did not clean well and they said they would charge us again to fix them.  I know we've taken shirts that had stains when we got them back that weren't there when we took them in.  Wife checks this closely.   She's had to resort to pre-treating shirt stains that they wouldn't treat. Recently, we went to Masters mark and got excellent service, including removing a stain University said could not be removed.  They've lost my business after many years and probably thousands of dollars. There prices have gone out of sight and we never get detailed  receipts. Wondering if we were being overcharged.  We have choices of who we do business with.  It's unfortunate this has happened.  When the owner was there, it was much better.

I have used this establishment for the past 10+ years. Since the business changed ownership the quality has decreased. I have often picked up cleaned shirts that needed to be re-ironed and the inside of the collars appear dingy. Since the level of customer service from the employees has been top notch I have never addressed the quality issue. This week a shirt was returned with blue stains on the front and back without mention of stains by staff or a bright colored tag stating stains could not be removed. I look over each shirt and pant before bringing them to the cleaners. I unroll sleeves, check pockets, look for holes and check for stains. I alert the staff to potential problems that exist. I brought the shirt back the next day so the issue could be resolved. Three days later I received the shirt back with lighter blue stains. I was told by upper management no additional resolution would be offered. This dress shirt was neither expensive or special but now needs to be replaced. Please take this information in to consideration before any garment of sentimental or monetary value is brought in to be cleaned.

Speed Queen Laundry West Blue Ridge Drive

This place went from a five star to two. They have changed staff. The new resident lesbian staff member walks around with an extreme attitude. This place is a mess. There are several dryers tagged with Speed Queen receipts that have been stopped for a long time and she doesn't empty them so customers can used them. She's stays sitting outside smoking and customers have to hunt her down. I don't know where the others went that worked here, but they need to bring them back and fix this place to the 5 stars it once was. We have been faithful customers for 4 years, but that is going to end if this place doesn't improve.

Had such an amazing experience at Speed Queen all thanks to Stephanie! She was so kind and helpful. Such a warm and welcoming environment, very kid friendly! There is even free WiFi at this location, along with multiple tablets with fun games. Will be back very soon. The washers have a variety of spacious sizes and the dryers are large and work well. 10/10! Prices are cheap to affordable depending on how big of a wash you need! Lots of laundry products available for purchase and even some vending machines with snacks and drinks. P.S There are some really cute laundry bags for sale!!! Get them while you can they come in a variety of colors and patterns!

I really like this place. It's very clean, lots of windows and feels bright and open. Unlike many other laundromats in the area, I never once felt unsafe here. The washers and dryers are very large and hold a lot of items. The bathroom was also very clean. They offer snacks and beverages,  free wifi, and even have tablets with games to keep kids occupied.

I was really impressed. This is not your typical laundromat. The photos speak for themselves. I like the cashless integration to the phone app but also the ability to pay with cash at the central kiosk. No more quarters! Also, the morning staff member, Tiffany, was incredibly helpful and kind. She seemed to take pride in her work and made effort to help customers and keep the space clean.

Great location. Very clean and machines are well maintained. I love that it doesn’t smell overwhelming of laundry detergent and fabric softener like a lot of laundromats. You can come in and use cash or pay with card. The app makes everything very easy and if you’re worried about going at a busy time you can see on the app how many machines are available. The app lets you add payment info. There’s no confusion as to which machine is yours bc you’re assigned a machine. Very organized. The woman working (9 am wed 09/18/24) was scrubbing the place on her hands and knees. Very hard worker who clearly cared about taking care of the space.
I use this place to wash large loads of towels for my business and the speed queens save me so much time and money. Highly recommend.

Clean Laundry

We go here often, it is normally clean... The only problem is the bathroom is locked and no one around.

We came again today and this place is disgusting, stuff all over... Just not the clean place it once was... Pictures don't show how bad it was?!

I'm in Greenville temporarily and needed to do laundry, this laundromat was just about the closest to where I'm staying so I went. Little did I know it was free day, not that it mattered, but it was nice. There were probably 5 employees there walking everyone through the process since it's a new store. The employees were a bit overly nice, I kind of look forward to doing my laundry in peace next time😅 but overall 5 🌟!

Great clean environment!  Jennifer, the employee,  didn’t stop working the whole time  I was here, which was over 2 hours!  Cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming the machines and area, non stop!!!    It’s nice to know I can come to such a nice laundry mat!   Having massage chairs it’s a great touch, as well!!!

First time going here. There was one employee present that I could see after I started my washer. They did not say anything to me. If you want to get work done on a laptop it's certainly doable. However, you'll have to use it on your lap or get a seat by one of the folding tables as the chairs are bolted down. It's convenient that you can pay with a card instead of coins. Went at 9am on a Friday morning and there were 2 other people there doing laundry. Security cameras made me feel somewhat safe. However, if the employee had greeted me when I entered and came out from the back more I would have felt more safe. Also both massage chairs are out of order.

Note to pay attention front and back of machines as to where detergent/softener/ bleach goes in machines as the sticker images my intuition thought soap went in back. Well I'm chalking it up to 4am blond moment anyhow. Had to rinse twice because I put soap in softener spot.

App based payment option but also takes quarters, good for all generations.

No clearly labeled bathroom and at 4am any door that might be bathroom is locked for safety. So if doing laundry during odd hours plan accordingly.
