Did an great job but it cost me nearly $80 for a suit, slacks and 2 dress shirts. And that was just to get them pressed.i should have checked when I dropped off but never have I seen pricing like this so I assumed it would be around the avarage not 2x more.

I brought dress shirts to be cleaned. They did a superb job of cleaning and pressing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about clothing care.
I don't dress up as much as I used to, but I'll be bringing clothes for laundry and dry cleaning when I do!

Horrible customer service. Took one dress to their location and she said it would take 3 days to press only one dress.’Then when I picked it up, I was charged the same price as a full dry clean!

There is no way that it takes 3 days to press one dress.

I tried other cleaners in town - much quicker services and cheaper prices. Don’t go here and it is horrible parking and hard to access.

Eye have been taking my cleaning here for many many years but I'm feeling a certain kind of way now, eye took a brand new pair of white pants just 2 have the crease pressed out it was over $10 dollars that is a bit extreme!!! I will be look 4 another cleaners ASAP but until eye find another, eye will continue 2 take some of my clothes there not all. They do good work but it was no N ... I should have been charged $10 dollars and some change 2 remove a crease!!! That's my view!!!

Majik Touch Cleaners

First time customer giving them a shot due to convenient location. Charged me for an extra service without asking my permission to do so. Did not offer to take this unsolicited charge off my bill either. Won't be headed back with better price and service competitors nearby.

Been using this cleaners for a little over a year and unfortunately they are loosing me as a customer because of the dishonest practices of the person who does their alterations... I've had more re-do's in the last month than I care to deal with... Last time I brought something in the attendant was just plain rude & insulting...

called ahead of time on my unpaid lunch break to go pick up a suit to make sure that I was going to the right location and the two ladies in the store informed me that it was the right location and it was Augusta Road so I drove 20 minutes to go pick up the suit I wait 10 minutes for them to try to find a suit for them to tell me that it’s not their location it’s at another store 15 minutes the other way and then whenever I asked for a refund considering I did not have the suit in my hand yet and I had already paid they refused me a refund. And the one girl was very nasty and kept smirking and laughing the whole time .

This business sent me 30 minutes out of the way to pick up my dry cleaning because they transported it to a different location than where I dropped it off. If I knew I was going to be driving an hour to pick up dry cleaning, I would have not have picked this business. They also charged me double of what I typically pay for dry cleaning. Not a fan. Didn’t have the heart to ask for any sort of discount for the inconvenience because everyone working at both locations looked like they weren’t even old enough to drive themselves there.

Fabricare ruined a shirt they incorrectly cleaned. Office manager never called to discuss my concerns after leaving 4 messages for her. Customer beware! UPDATE - Owner called after finally being made aware of my issue. He patiently and diligently listened to my concerns and resolved the situation immediately. Despite some communication hurdles along the way, very happy with the resolution of this issue and will remain a loyal customer.

Locally owned with great service! I have found the delivery service to be very helpful. Especially when I lost power for 10 days earlier this year.

Consistently awesome.  They're friendly, timely, and do a great job.

Unless it’s a standard dress shirt they charge $7 or more for 1 shirt if it’s a softer fabric. Poor customer service, and they don’t even do a great job. Went once, never going back. I definitely would avoid.

Outstanding people!!!! My mom took my wedding dress there after getting my bridal portraits done and because the stain was so small they did not charge her for the service. They told her it was their wedding gift to me. You do not find good honest people like this anymore! HIGHLY recommend! Will be taking my dress back after the wedding for a full clean and preservation. THANK YOU Lee's Cleaners 

Been going to Lee’s for 20+ years.  Ester and her staff are friendly, courteous, helpful.  Their cleaning work is excellent.

Awful awful screaming owner.  We have gone to them for 4 years, and last week was the last straw for us.  My full review was posted today on Yelp.  Great service for the first 3 years, but this past year has been deplorable.  Torn shirts and buttons ripped off on almost every visit.  Owner won’t back up her work, just screams at you that it’s not their fault - really the worst type of human I have had the misfortune of doing business with.  Avoid this place at all cost - they have taken a downhill turn.

Have used them over the years no problems. Walked in today put two shirts on the counter said "hello how are you doing?" The new employee younger guy then the normal employees never responded. Didn't say hello or anything...so I grabbed my shirts off the counter and walked out
Went to a different dry cleaner less than a mile away and they got my money and all future monies.
Solve your problems before you come to work don't take them out on the customers.

Sign states in by 12 out by 5. It does not mention you have to ask for that service. Dropped pants off at 11 on a Friday and they weren’t ready on Monday at 10. The employee helping didn’t apologize or say thank you. Customer service is not great.

The haywood road store was fast & friendly! Lateisha & Tonya were super accommodating of me going out of town & fitting me into their busy schedule! Check in & check out was nice & efficient! Not a very good overall experience. My clothes were “cleaned” but it wasn’t a very impressive job, the store smells a little odd and is very dirty and cluttered.  Staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them by dropping stuff off. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the price is good. I paid just under $17 for two sport coats and they had them done the next day.

Terrible! I brought one of my wife's sweaters. It was new and a pink color. 1 star for letting me know they messed up and cleaned it with blue sweater and the color ran. It is profoundly disappointing. Will not be returning. Will post photos when I get the sweater back. Let's see how management handles this. I see other posative reviews, maybe new ownership or workers. Stay tuned

Great experience! It was easy to get in and out of the location, the people were kind and helpful, I was given a little welcome package as a new customer, there were text updates, and the turnaround was fast. My suit was very well handled and my wife’s dress came back hung on a little cardboard mannequin type thing to keep it in its shape. Definitely a quality service.

Went in with my son to drop off my down comforter. I walked in and said hello, two ladies sitting behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. Older lady with short hair and glasses got up as she saw an elderly white lady walk in behind me and greeted her with a big smile. Needless to say, I did not feel very comfortable in here at all. Took my business elsewhere.

Very nice people. Did not get collars and cuffs cleaned as requested, did not fold as requested, did not replace button in correct location as requested. Seems the work is sent to another location and the instructions don't transfer quite accurately. But as I said, nice people.

This place is a godsend. Going through my closet trying to get rid of stuff and occasionally finding something that I want to keep, but that is filthy. They're very good about telling you if they think they can get a stain out, and ate willing to try. They no longer do wedding dresses,  but we're willing to do mine and my daughter's,  since they're non-traditional.  All turned out beautifully.  My husband takes his things here, too, and he's the one who recommended them to me.

Tyler and his staff have been dry cleaning my clothes for roughly 12 years. They always go above and beyond when needed and I trust them 100 % with valuable clothing items.

After multiple mishaps elsewhere, we decided to to give FabriCare a try based on a neighbor’s recommendation.  Was leery at first BUT definitely can attest that this location and staff are so very pleasant, professional, and efficient.  Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible, do not bring your clothes here!  They ruined my mom's very expensive MOB dress.  The dress came back snagged, stained (I assume bleach because a blue dress now had pink all over it), and in overall horrible condition.  Not only did they ruin it, they flat out lied and tried to say it was brought in like that, which it absolutely was not.  When we tried to contact management about the dress, they were extremely rude and took zero responsibility.  I would give 0 stars if I could.

The worst dry cleaners in Greenville. Two comforters for $64 and both were extremely wrinkled. I could've done a better job at the laundry mat!
It was close to home but I regret using this business. Terrible job and management was useless. Mediocre service at best. I'll NEVER use them again. Try them out if you want but don't say that you weren't warned.

This is very much a one star business, with a very unprofessional owner. Take your clothes here if you want them returned dirty and damaged.
