Cuff torn mostly off shirt and told that they received it that way and they noticed the tear when they were checking the shirt in, which could possibly be true. When I asked the owner why they didn't call or text me when they noticed it rather than tell me 5 days later when picking up my items? He told because in the past people would argue with him on the phone so he'd rather talk to them in person. I said: "I get that, but at least I would known it couldn't possibly be your fault because you wouldn't have had time to do anything yet." That set him off and he flipped out and started screaming in my face: "Don't tell me how to run my business, I've owned this for 32 year!" "I'm the only cleaners in this area so if you don't come back you'll have to drive way over to...., etc..." Then he told me to get off his property and not come back! Honestly, they generally do good work and I've never had an issue before but the owner's angry overreaction was disappointing. Perhaps he has something tragic going on in his life; I hope he finds some peace.

Said it would be ready Tuesday, didn’t get there till Wednesday and “she was working on it”.  Said it’d be another 5 minutes.  Left and went to Publix, called when I got out of Publix and was told another 20 minutes.  Went home and didn’t go back for several days.  When I did finally got my items they were done good but they ruined my slacks.  It appears some very hot tool melted them in the back???  There are all these lumps, I don’t know how else to describe it.  So, while the hem was done beautifully the pants are ruined elsewhere.

Wish I had a before and after but took my favorite jacket here because we accidentally dried blue pen and it was covered in it. The dry cleaning ladies (who are awesome and were really sweet to me and my daughter) told me it would be a few weeks but amazingly they got it out the next day! I was also just impressed by the professionalism, price, and quality.

Question: do you still use PCE aka tetrachloroethylene, perchloroethylene or perc? I'm asking because of the consensus that this stuff causes cancer.

Extremely negative experience. Clothing was not ready on the day it was due. No communication with customers that clothing would not be ready. A piece that was needed for a special occasion had solution on it that could not be laundered out at home. Staff were snarky and rude. For being a family-owned business it was disheartening to see how customers are treated.
