It’s a clean facility and it has a cleaning station for people to clean after themselves. Not all the machines work and need to be labeled. I fed money into washer C and it did not work. Dryer 6 does not tumble, so I wasted money there also. The dryers are cheap so that’s a plus.

Not all dryers are equal. My larges load dried with 50¢ in one dryer, but 2 dryers down didn't dry an average load with $1.50! Since when did you start closing? I like to do my laundry at night so it's not as hot amongst all the dryers. I pulled up a little after 10:00 as they locked the door. 😡

Dryers 7, 8, 10 are the ones that I use and work well but 9 and 11 didn't even get warm as of the date this was originally posted. I have since given this location a lot of my business and even referred the rest of my family. Good job. Cheers 🍻

People leaves their clothes just sitting in the washers and dryers for HOURS.  It took 7 hours to do 2 loads of laundry because clothes were just sitting and people would sporadically show up to claim them.   I asked other people who were waiting to use dryers if the clothes were theirs and they said no the person who had the clothes left hours ago and you can't take someone else's clothes out of a dryer or they get mad.

Maybe they should not leave their clothes unattended at a laundry facility alllllllllll day long.

This laundry mat is open 24hrs a day every day & that's not only convenient but very helpful to those who have non-traditional schedules. The owners are very nice folks who check on things often. I only wish there were more washer/dryers available at this location.

I sold my washer and dryer before moving and I had to finish up here at the Laundry Basket. I had an issue with a washer not working properly and David the owner was very quick to refund my money and repair the problem. They are on the premises daily and keep things in order.

I moved to Henderson in 2012 and tried several cleaners that quite frankly were a joke! Thankfully I tried S & N and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their service and their promptness. They always have your clothes ready when they say they will and they're clean!

I don't have a lot of things that need to be dry cleaned, so this is my first experience. Everything went well. Friendly staff. Good job.

Scrub-Tub

Clean, well maintained, and the machines are fairly quick. If you download the app, you get your first load for free.

Otherwise it's $4.25 for the normal size washers and $7 for the large ones. But it also varies by water temperature and if you select any other extras.

The driers are $0.50 for every 10 minutes I think. Trying to remember. It automatically adds 9 minutes to every cycle.

The chairs aren't the most comfortable, but hey it's a Laundromat. 😊

1st time using this facility. It was clean and not too busy on a Sunday morning. Washing machines were great, dryers, not so much. High temperature dry took 3 cycles and still not dry ☹️. Not crazy about the internet pay, but they do quarters as well. 3 of 5 due to the dryers.

Very clean. The washers and dryers all work and work well. $6.50 for the larger washers and $3.50 for the smaller washers. Which is fair. The smaller dryers were $00.25 for 7 minutes, and I'm not sure about the larger dryers. I never used them, and you have to put a quarter in to see how many minutes you get. The change machines work well too. But, if you dont have cash, there is an app you can download and pay through. Im not sure how well that works because I was not aware of the app, and I brought cash. But when I run out of quarters, I will try it and give an update to this review. I intend to do my laundry here for the duration of the job I'm on. They also have clean restrooms as well as a vending machine for detergent and other laundry supplies.

In the last 40 years, I've been to a lot of different laundromats and I've never seen one so clean and well set up. They have an app that will let you know when your clothes are done. It is wheelchair friendly,  there are even lower washers and driers for those like me that are in a wheelchair. The floors were spotless and the bathrooms were the same. They had washing machines that would hold 6 times the amount of clothes that a normal washing machine would hold. It only took 20 minutes for your clothes to wash. They had dryers that would hold 5 times the amount of a normal dryer And you could choose how long you wanted your clothes to dry. Honestly, This is the best laundromat that I have been to. Oh and did I mention that the prices are perfect and the quality far out ways other places. If you want to have your clothes washed in a quality Washer And dryer then you need to head on over to the Scrub Tub!

If you want to sweat off some pounds come on down here. Place is not kept clean. Laundry detergent and other trash on the floor. Machines filthy!

I call the owner and he informs me that I have to wait for his insurance to take care of it so two months later I’m still without a shirt and the $75 dollars it cost me to buy the shirt while he sits on his thumbs and takes his time 😡
Your a liar I had talked to you twice and have been by there a few times to see what was going on within that two month period and you informed me that you were waiting on the insurance company so don’t tell me that check was there your a liar for what your saying…

The person who takes in the clothes is nice and courteous. The things I take come back the way I wanted! Plus it’s convenient location for me because I’m usually going to some more stores around there.

Star Laundry and Wash & Fold Delivery Service

When you go and want them to do your laundry, they offer the service at 1.50 a pound. Then they call you and say they'll charge that much plus the soap and taxes, doubling the price they give you when they weigh your clothes. I find that disrespectful.

I was not impressed.  There was a gaping drain hole with no cover on the floor in a main walk path in front of the dryers, which snags the buggy wheels, or your foot causing a fall if you are not careful.  There were a lot of machines in the laundromat, however quite a few of the washers were broken and some were missing doors leaving exposed sharp edges that kids could get hurt on, and one of the ones i used went 7 minutes of the 31 minute runtime just tumbling dry clothes and not adding water.... at the 4 minute mark of watching my dry clothes roll around I notified the attendant whom seemed unconcerned and said "just give it a few minutes.  I honestly believe it only got water for the rinse cycle... and of the wall full of dryers - at least a third of them (or more) were marked "out of service" and not working.  I went on on a Sunday morning and people were having to stand in line with wet clothes in buggies and wait for dryers to become available.  There was a huge hole in the ceiling as well.  The bench I sat on, which had a twisted and mangled cushion had all sorts of debris on it between the cushion and seat, old tip, candy wrappers, lint & dust in the corner, it was just gross.   The only positive thing I can say is that it seemed cheap as far as cost per load - but that's compared to the laundromat in NY where we just travelled from, so it may just be the common price for this area....

Sooo, if you are not standing next to the dryer, they claim the the minute it stops whether or not it's dry, they will pull your clothes out (still wet) and push them off to the side... thing about that is I put it on for 30 mins.(which I always do) ...clothes have way more than enough time to dry, but they were still wet due to someone pulling mine out before the time! They need signs to let people know! Post this somewhere where people can see what happens if you are not standing there watching! Do better!

This was a good place to do our laundry while we were RVing at Martin Creek Lake State Park. The lady at the laundromat was very helpful.

The employees are always nice and respectful. The machines are always super clean and my cloths never smell musty. When ever a machine breaks the gentleman always fixes them quickly or disables them and puts a sign on. The detergent doors on top seem to be cleaned frequently, I mean they have very little build up in them. I go here weekly and refuse to use any other laundry mat in town.
