Had three pairs of leather pants cut off an hemed they called 2 hrs later said I could pick them up great service

No one to call to tell when it takes your change
Took another 2.75 and I had to switch out washers
They were out of change for a couple weeks waiting for them to change out machines and add money
Not good business

Currently here, just put four quarters in the dryer, and they are not working.  Walked all over the laundry mat to look for a number to call, knocked on the office door..... took Pic of dryer with no lights on , trying to post my proof. Apparently you can't post pics on a Google review, smh. There should be a number to call in a case like this. Hopefully my clothes get dried in the others

Unfortunately I had to go to the laundry mat, I actually live closer to Cloverdale but opted to go here because someone told me they had installed some new dryers. First upon entering the smell is overwhelming to say the least. Not sure if its mold or mildew, either way it stinks in there. The floor is, im not sure if they have tore it up or if thats just the floor. And the new dryers...we'll the sign saying they get extremely hot is definitely far from true in one dryer I had 3 thin towels 2 wash clothes and a pair of SHEER curtains two small sheer panels. I finally pulled the stuff out because it was not drying my 2nd dryer somewhat better but still damp I refused to waste anymore money in these machines. No bathroom says closed due to destroyed property

Went into Greencastle Maytag Laundry today to wash some rugs and comforters that are too big for my washer.  I used 1 triple loader (32) And 3 double loaders 35, 37 & 38. They all finish but was still waiting in 38 to finish. When it finally did I open the door to soaking wet blankets.  I can't dry them when they are that soaked. I had to move them to another washer and spend more money and time to finish. This is ridiculous that there is not communicate with the owners when there is a problem.  So you can have satisfied customers that will return then unhappy ones that wont.

Horrible horrible place half the this washers and dryers don't work correctly and there is no restroom to use while you are waiting for the sloooowwwww machines to finish and really the place just needs inspected and shut down honestly

Went today to do some laundry which I never do because I have my own however I had a lot of blankets that needed washed! Put $8.25 in just for the washer to never put any water out just spin my dirty clothes and then another $7.25 just for it to run the whole cycle but not spin my clothes out so they were still completely soaked. No way to contact anybody for a refund other than a scan code which I did haven’t heard anything back but now I’m out almost 16 dollars. This was the error code on washers 14 and 15

Update: they sent me money back!

I guess it's okay if you don't have any other option. The place is run down, not very well.Kept up and there's no one there.If you need help with something. The snack and soda machines don't work.But there's a dollar general store right across the road, the somewhat busy road.

No hot water. Hardly any water goes in machines. Floors filthy. No toilet paper or soap in batheroom. Bathroom not so clean. Floors dirty in whole place!!!

Today was the big wash day, so all the bedding and whatnot.
One of the washers didn't work, so I had to move my stuff and rewash. Another washer didn't fully drain, so my clothes were quite wet.
Cost isn't worth it to me.
3 minutes per quarter to dry, so $40 alone to dry.
In totally, I've spent $63.75 to do laundry here today.
Not pleased, and there's no one to call about a refund on a broken washer.

Save your money. This place is complete trash.  No one to contact.  Shut this place down.

If it's open then there should be an attendant. I like to work in peace also but if money is involved what are you gonna do when the machine eats your money ... The place was clean!

Super clean laundry facility. They have soap, and all the other things you need to clean laundry. Everything is super clean. Some of the equipment is a little older but works great. Was able to dry my comforter and get it clean.

Tried this laundry a couple times. The place has a moldy smell and could use a remodel. Dryers take forever and some have rust. Restroom did not have soap or paper towel.

Do not use this place.
My washer didn't spin all the water out. Then I used 6 dryers. All 6 of them ruined my clothes. My clothes kept snagging on something by the door in all 6 dryers. I will show pictures. My clothes, towels, sheets and a blanket all ruined. Plus the bathroom didn't have toilet paper or soap.

Try the wash dry and fold, She's great! Especially for someone like me that's been here for 3-4weeks the last 3 years, working 7-7. I like the pick up and drop off appointments. She will do her best to meet your schedule.
