I have always had good service here.  They will do some alterations.  I needed some zippers on jackets fixed and even though they didn't do that, they recommended a place to take them.  As for the price: I guess it's pretty standard.
Dry cleaning is a little pricey no matter where you go.

Unprofessional to say the least.  I recently brought 4 brand new dress shirts into TNT to have pressed and heavy starched for my fathers funeral. Not a single shirt was pressed at all(bubbles in the fabric from starch being sprayed on and then left to dry.) 1 shirt left the cleaner with a large brown spot on the front that I can assure you was not there when I removed the packaging from Macy's. So I took pictures of the poorly pressed and stained shirt and left out of town for the funeral. Upon returning I confronted the owner about the services I received and she insinuated that I was lying even though I had pictures to prove the poor service I was provided. I have had my suits and shirts cleaned pressed and starched by Morellis in Indianapolis since 2005 without a single problem and unfortunately I used TNT in a pinch. After arguing with the owner for 10 plus minutes she finally refunded the $12 for my cleaning bill but the $65 shirt is still left stained and ruined. In closing I was unable to wear the green shirt to my Irish fathers funeral and had to properly press and starch my shirts myself. I would highly recommend you stay clear of TNT dry cleaning unless you are prepared to give your money away and have a strong desire to be disrespected with accusations of lying.

The dry cleaning was a B- ; not bad really.. But when I arrived, the credit card machine was not working.  No offers on the part of staff or management to let me write a check or any other alternative.  Being that this place is out of my way and I wasn't interested in making another trip, I had to make an ATM withdrawal from a foreign ATM machine.  I was not happy.  I thought it would have been polite of staff to either offer to take a check or allow me to pay on my next trip - after all, this is their problem, not mine.  Instead, I got hit for $6.00 in extra fees.. I didn't appreciate it at all.  There also didn't seem to be any indication they were calling Tech folks to press the issue, just a sign up saying "Credit Card Machine Down".  When I asked about it, they were like, "yeah, that doggone thing.."  And when I explained I had taken a $6 hit on the deal, they were like "yeah, sorry.."  I won't be returning..

I had been a customer at another cleaners for years. I was shocked when all of my shirts came back with the same stain, in the same spot, on all of my shirts.  That other cleaners lost me as a loyal customer because when I took them to TNT they got the stains out of every single shirt!!  My old cleaners told me I had put those spots in my shirts and that they couldn't get the spots out!! TNT was awesome!!!!!  I'm now their loyal customer!!!

Took my husband's dress uniform in. They trashed our easy grip hangers, pick up a new stain, and lint all of the collar. They did not offer to fix it or anything. Just kept saying nothing we can do and sorry.

This is the only place I go. Since my washer is out of service, I had to start coming here & I believe it’s the owner that helped me the first time. He was super nice & helpful. All of the staff that work there are friendly, approachable, very helpful. They keep the place VERY clean. I actually like that they use cards & I feel safe going there(specially since we had that random issue years ago, I was very nervous to be in a laundry mat). I also really like they are open 24/7. THANK YOU STAFF for being so amazing & kind!

The customer service I received was better than anywhere else I have been. I was given a through walk through and had absolutely everything explained to me. The lady working that day was so kind, professional and respectful. Thank you for treating me and my Son like actual people and not looking down on us for having to use a laundromat, as I have dealt with that type of behavior before. First time in here, it's nice. It's very clean and I saw the attendant actually cleaning the machines in between uses. There are a variety of payment options as well as vending machines for snacks, drinks, and laundry supplies. At first the idea of having to load money onto a card was annoying but it ended up being convenient.

I like this place. My wife finds it safer than the other location.
The attendants are always kind and constantly picking up dryer sheets off the floor. There’s several soda machines and a snack machine. The washers and dryers mostly work and if by chance your machine doesn’t work well they will fix it or move you to another one on the house.
The manager is very kind as well. And very talkative. He’s also a very busy man, but he does try to engage in conversation with his customers.
The dryers run 6 min per .25¢- quarter.
Washers differ in if you want cold it’s  $1.75, warm$2 I’m not sure how much hot is.
Those are the small washers. The large washers cost as little as $4.75. But I can fit a Queen comforter, 2 twin size blankets , and still have room in my machine for a sheet set I am very pleased on the most part.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the floors are filthy. A washer was leaking just a little and spilled water on the floor near a drain and the water on the floor was dirty like dirt brown water. I’m not sure if they don’t mop the floor but I got a paper towel and cleaned it up. It just grossed me out a little.
Other than that we like it here and it’s reasonable.

I like going there. They got different size machine i can choose from. You pay by the card they supply you and all you have to do is add money to it. It's clean there. All you have to do is do your own laundry and there is no there bothering you

I have been going to Vogue Cleaners for years.  Never disappointed.  Just pickup my U.S. Navy issued nylon flight jacket with hood.  They did an excellent job cleaning both the jacket and hood.  Both items look like they were just issued and they were issued 42 years ago.  And they returned my ear plugs exactly like they were when I dropped the items off.
The ladies working there have always been pleasant and efficient.  They know enough to say when they can't clean something and I appreciate that.

Took my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned and preserved. They did a great job at cleaning the dress, but for $350.10, I really feel my dress should’ve been pinned to the box instead of what you can see in the picture. It simply sits in the bottom of the box and doesn’t look good at all.

They destroyed my 600 dollars jacket and never fixed the problem I ended up going home with my leather jacket all messed up, if you have a leather jacket Do not take it to this place

Excellent customer service, quality cleaning and care for the cloths. I’ve had some dirtiest stains to my traditional cloths, got all removed and home delivered my cloth. They are really know their services by the type of  cloth material and what works best for each type. I highly recommend Vogue cleaners to everyone.

Leaking water heater did a lot of damage and had to replace subfloor and hardwood flooring.  Magna-Dry took care of everything;  mitigation, repairs and reconstruction.   I am thrilled with the work they did, and their staff was great to work with.  Highly recommend!

Not only have we benefited from their professional services in the past when our little ones clogged the upstairs toilet with paper and sent a veritable waterfall through our kitchen ceiling (big loud fans for several days that cost a pretty penny but saved us exponentially more), but a couple Magna-Dry guys stepped out of their van today to help me push my vehicle out of a snowdrift. Professional and good-hearted folks!

These guys did a great job.  From explaining the process thoroughly during the estimate stage to executing on the cleaning.  Had Brandon and Chase out, who were early, very professional and exceeded our expectations.  Bought an older house with some stubborn wear areas in a couple rooms, they were able to spruce it up.  Would certainly have them to our home again, and will recommend them to others for carpet cleaning.  They charged for the areas they cleaned, not just price per square foot of the whole room.  Very happy.

Oversized washers and dryers clean and sanitize with every load newer equipment, while there doing laundry vacuuming and deep sanitizing inside the washer and dryer. Only issue is, quite small difficult parking lot, limited hours NOT 24 hours and all digitally no more coin counting, when loading cash into card, you get a bonus bucks. Every 13 washes get one free

Dirty, staff was miss most of time, 1 nice guy, did not stay long. Bathroom was disgusting! Man before me peed everywhere, plus toilet leaked and everywhere was dirty. Trash everywhere, lent not emptied.  Not much sitting room and music was too loud,but decent music. Most machines broken.$ 1.25 per wash and can add more time,yet not able to change temperature of water. Driers were not that effective,  $0.25 per 8 minutes .

Was very disappointed 😞.

You can see the workers keeping the place clean and dusted. The workers are helpful with how to use the machines and close doors to the machines properly. I have weak hands. The machines are newer and taken care of. The machines can be used w credit and debit cards. If you need to use cash you have to buy a card to load money with.  Very easy to navigate I feel like.

Had done 2 days ago and this is results.  Chem-dry came back out to re-do and unfortunately did not change the results where there was high traffic.  They did refund my money which I thought was completely fair.

Both technicians were personable and knowledgeable. They were efficient and did a super job. We will use Chem Dry again for our carpet cleaning. Good job.

Calib did a great job on my leather Sofa and loveseat as well as my outdoor cushions. Everything looks brand new now! He was friendly and thorough and really knew How to do his job. I highly recommend his service

Good communication, kind, easy to work with! Unfortunately they weren’t able to remove the first stain in our living room which was the whole reason for the service and so paying $175 for it not to be clean was a big disappointment.

Edited to add that they contacted me and gave me a full refund since they weren’t able to get the stain out. Very much appreciated!!!

I am a property manager and have used every carpet cleaner in town.  Chem-Dry is by far my favorite.  They get pet odors, and stains out.  They do great work at a great price.  All their people are wonderful.

Very clean laundry facility.  The machines use cards that you have to load up, and the card can be purchased at $5 as the lowest denomination. I needed $10 but had to end up doing two $5 charges on my credit card. The washing machines work great. There are 3 different sizes of washing machines.

I came here last week to wash some pet beds. Shakitta was fabulous to work with and very helpful. She showed me how to use the machines and was very kind, as it was my first time visiting. The place was very clean. I would highly recommend!

We came here for the first time this week, and upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately shown how to set up the payment card and use the machines properly. Our attendant, Shakitta, was very kind and helpful, and their rates are extremely reasonable.

Visited for the first time. The staff was friendly and attentive. A very clean place and all the washers and dryers looked new. You can also purchase laundry soap and snacks from the vending machine.

There are several types of washers and if I remember correctly, two types of dryers.
I used the medium washer to wash my queen-size mattress topper, fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcase. As of June 2024, the medium washer cost $5.50. The small washer was around $3, and the large washer cost $8.00. The dryer was $0.50 for 10mins, and the larger ones were $0.50 for 8-9mins. I spent a total of $7 there.

One thing to note is that you need a laundry card to use washers, dryers, and vending machines. (You can also download the LaundryCat App instead of using a physical card. My phone only connects to the internet with Wi-fi, and there is no Wi-fi there, so I did not use the app.) You cannot use quarters. You get the card at no cost there and reload it with cash, credit card, or EBT card.

You should be careful that there is a minimum reload amount of $5.00 for credit cards and $1.00 for cash. If you don’t visit the Ladybug chain frequently, it is better to bring the exact amount of cash you need. Personally, I prefer using quarters so I don’t have to worry about any remaining balance on the card. It is a personal preference, so if you hate carrying quarters or worrying about the change, I believe you will love this place.

I come here a lot, and a few times now each individual camera has turned on and started saying 'smile you're being recorded' so loud you can hear it down the street at night for minutes at a time. It drives me insane and makes me never want to come back again. It's always dirty in here and the bathroom appliances are non existent. Don't come here if you don't absolutely have to.

Washer wouldn’t stop leaking and we made sure that it was fully sealed before starting. Tried to contact someone but there isn’t a number to call. One machine stopped working mid load and gave an error code and machine was $5.25 to start and didn’t let us finish the cycle. Dryers do work perfectly.

Lots of machines, well maintained and clean.  Highly recommend

This place has seen better days. Some of the washers leak or just don't work correctly. A few of the dryers also don't work as well as they should and there are washers and dryers that don't work at all. One of the cleaners that come early in the morning complained about the length of time that I spent doing my laundry. It's not as though it is a wonderful place to hang out at. There are some of the local homeless population that frequent  the place to sleep etc.  I have seen evidence of I.V. drug use laying on the ground in the parking lot. There are better laundromats in town, but for 24 hour services, this is one of only a couple that I am aware of. So, this is the price paid, for that convenience. If location isn't an issue, there's a nicer, newer and cleaner choice  with much newer machines on the south side attached to a convenience store, with much friendlier staff, 24 hours a day.

Place is nasty. Old food everywhere, bugs everywhere, half of everything is out of order or janky and not fully functional.

Oh, and roaches all over the place. Definitely will not be back.

Go down the road maybe a mile to the one off campus and do your laundry there.

Sparkletone DryCleaning

Sparkletone cleaners has been around for a long time and you have to be doing something right to be around for at least 30 years. I used them as a Purdue student for my ROTC uniforms. It was an easy choice when I moved back and had things that needed to be dry cleaned.  They are quick (turnaround of typically 2 days if you drop it off before 10 am) and reasonably priced, in my opinion. They have done everything from military uniforms to wedding gown preservation to reenactment clothes to suits for us. Always well done and they show you if there's a spot they couldn't get out (which I expected). ALWAYS FRIENDLY!  I can't recommend them enough.

Now that we are retired, we don’t have a lot of dry cleaning needs. Bed comforters, suits and dresses for special occasions.

It's not that often that I write reviews, but sometimes, businesses go above and beyond and I feel that I must comment on it. I've been going to Sparkletone DryCleaning for a good number of years now and I am always surprised by the quality of their customer service. I only go there about 8-9 times a year but they always seem to remember me. I do not know her name, but the woman that I usually deal with, is super friendly, super courteous and goes above and beyond every time.

Last year, one of my shirts had a rip that I was unaware of. She pointed it out to me when I dropped it off and told me that she would fix it. I said thanks and expected to pay extra for the service the next day when I picked it up. Instead, I was charged nothing extra and I was amazed.

Yesterday, the same thing happened with a pair of pants that I dropped off.  Again, I had no idea, but there was a rip in the seam and she pointed it out and told me that she would take care of it!  What the heck.  They do not have to do this and it really amazes me.  We get so used to piss poor customer service at most places we go on a daily basis.  It's a breath of fresh air to get treated so well every single time.

Lastly, they do a great job! My clothes always look great when I get them back.
