All I could say is strike two. If your website says you’re open and your store hours on your door says you’re open and somebody’s making a fairly long trip to get there, And your closed,you don’t deserve my business. also, when calling to air a grievance, it’s probably not a good idea for the person on the other end of the phone To be short and defensive!

I had an amazing experience with this tailoring service! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and care. I recommend coming here for all your needs!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at the end of the day.   We brought it an older curtain that we wanted to get cleaned for the first time.  There was some staining on the lower backing. The person was friendly and said it should be no problem.  We would like to believe that the dry cleaner would advise for or against a cleaning if there would be a particular concern.  We would have weighed the risk.  We were not advised even though she did look at the backing while taking measurements.  We picked up our curtain and as soon as we unfurled it, there was noticeable damage to the backing.  It appears it was overheated during drying or too aggressive on the cleaning.   We have an identical curtain at home that we did not bring in and I compared the damaged one against that and the backing was fine and wasn't brittle even with more sun exposure.  Originally we were told to bring in the damaged curtain, but then received a text simply stating that it is unfortunate and offered $10 off next cleaning. I would expect at a minimum a full refund. I am sure the place does good work, but that is not what took place for us.

Started using their service after my previous dry cleaner closed its doors. Much care goes into the handling and caring for of the laundry/clothing that they receive. I love the TXT message notifications when the order is ready for pickup, and the cost of the service up front. Five stars! Keep up the great work 🙂

I'm giving 3 stars because the workers are very friendly and helpful.  I have never used the dry cleaning service so I can't review that. As for the laundromat, at least half of the machines do not work and they don't seem to be getting repaired anytime soon,  They still use quarter machines which are so antiquated,  If they updated the machines to the credit card option this would be a great laundromat.

I used this laundromat for the first time in many years as our washing machine just broke.  I was so happy with my experience here.  The staff were very friendly and helpful.  I was shown the range of washers available and how to use them.  As a Cheshire resident I was so appreciative to have this laundromat in town, saving me a drive to another town.  I would highly recommend this business.

Excellent service.  Did a great job on a king size duvet.  It was ready when they said it would be and kept informed along the way.  Also very friendly staff.

I cannot say enough good things about JMS Dry Cleaners. We do a weekly drop-off and items are ready on time, always. Payment process is easy and seamless, pardon the pun. Staff is very friendly and takes the "chore" aspect out of the errand. I highly recommend JMS and trust them implicitly with my garments, etc.
