The machines are constantly eating people’s money and when asked the owner to get said money back it’s a run around of excuses and reasons why I can’t get my money back right away. It’s been this way for years.

Drive 12 miles to Catskill for it to be half the price and the machines won’t eat your change

put money in the dollar coin machine and it didn’t give me change .. called the people and they said they refuse to give me my money back and will “start a washer” like sir i did my laundry already

Always several machines not working. But I find the variety of washer sizes, and the short time it takes to wash and dry a plus. And even if the parking lot is full I still know there will be a washer and dryer available. The place is a decent size.
Not a lot of tables to fold your clothes on so if it's busy, don't count on being able to fold things. I do wish they had more tables. There is some seating available,  a snack, and soda vending machines with minimal options. Some bigger machines take $1 coins. Change machines and ATM are available. TV is usually on. However, since I first started using this place over a year ago, it seems to be getting more run down. Many washers are smelly and places where detergent goes are full of mold. Dryer doors don't shut properly, and some don't dry nearly as hot as others on the same setting.

The worst laundry mat I have ever used. Lost so much money in the change machines. Call no answer write a note no call. They don't refund the money. I would highly recommend going to a different laundry mat.

The Ravena location is 1 of 3 that Aaron Flach owns. Ravena is the dirtiest with the most broken or near broken machines. His other two locations are immaculate. When the machine I used (circled in red) appeared to stop in the middle of the wash cycle, I called the Coxsackie location as directed on the sign. The woman there said she can't help me and gave me Aaron's phone number. While he did reimburse us this time, he has neglected to return calls in the past and has not repaired the machines in need of repair. Most of the washing machine have sticky notes "Card Only...jammed" or "cold water only" or my favorite "out of service". But the notes are small and not always where one would see them before attempting to use the machine.

Nice little laundry mat, machines are cleaned and appear to be well-maintained. There are several different sized washing machines to choose from and the dryers are huge. Wash ranges from $3 to $7 and dry is $0.25 for 7 minutes.

They r quick to take money, but when machines don't work u r out that money.

Convenient, open 24 hrs. Sometimes it’s an absolute mess at night. Overall not bad as long as you don’t mind sharing your air with sickly coughing vagrants who shelter here where they can charge their devices and use free Wi-Fi and smoke Marb reds in front of the door while playing videos on their phones obnoxiously loud all the while not doing a stitch of laundry…

Went to the laundromat this morning and found that the spiderwash card readers were having a network error........AGAIN. So couldn't use the cards, had no quarters and the bills that I did have couldn't be changed into quarters because the coin machines weren't working.....AGAIN. To top it all off, the change machine at the carwash next door was out of currency......surprise, surprise. Thankfully a nice lady had some extra quarters with her to help me out. So aggravating at 4am to have to deal with this type of service and to have no attendant to help out. There's never a number to call at the laundromat and when you call the number on the website....no one ever returns the call. The poor woman that use to come in to clean probably got so sick of cleaning up after all the nasty patrons that she no longer comes down to deal with anything. Unless you have a ton of quarters and a back up plan to deal with this ridiculous laundromat....find another alternative to do your laundry. You'll save yourself time, money and aggravation.

There are lots of washers and the staff are really friendly. If you are looking for a decent place to come wash your clothes or even get them dry-cleaned. I recommend coming here.

Clean with a lot of machines. I liked that there were more larger machines than most laundry mats. There was staff doing laundry for I’m guessing drop off service. With that being said they did take up a lot of the machines. It didn’t affect my visit but then I was there early. Overall a good experience.

I did drop off laundry for the first time, and everything was folded so nicely, smelled amazing and so organized! The price was also affordable. Staff was very kind!

I use them for their drop-off service. Everything is ready when they indicate it will be. Everything is neatly folded, socks are matched up, and the clean laundry is always packaged in plastic bags. Additionally the counter people are always pleasant and friendly. Recommended!

To me, the best laundromat in the Hudson area. Machines are maintained, and they have a person on staff there daily, which is a big plus to me. Recommended place to do your laundry. They also have a wash, dry, fold service available. 👍👍👍

The Mat - Laundry

Very clean for a 24-hour laundromat in the downtown Hudson area!! Cheaper than other places in the area. Machines were clean and there was no one there at 7 am on a Saturday.  Will definitely be using this place again.

Usually fairly clean, not usually terribly crowded but a major qualm is the business is 24 hours but there are NO other businesses open 24 hours and the laundromat does NOT have a restroom. Despite the business model being to spend several hours doing laundry. I am often approached by customers from the liquor store across the street, who are unable to purchase alcohol and ask me to buy it for them, which has escalated several times and makes me so uncomfortable I often sit in my car for fear of my safety when these intoxicated individuals are especially persistent.

I also get to listen to protesters against women’s fundamental and human rights to healthcare at the planned parenthood office next door. The irony being the church’s slogan; “life is all about choices.”

Nice laundromat, terrible location. Alcoholics and religious zealots who can’t mind their own business abound.

A little crowded but there are many washers and dryers. Machines looked clean and well maintained. There was only one washer out of order. Surprisingly the change machine was working and you might expect it to be empty by Sunday evening. Saturday at 8 pm busy. Monday at 6am the place is empty. Early Sunday mornings are also busy. Update 02/33/2024. It's empty from 7 - 830 am. Clean - trash had been emptied, floor mopped.

I've been here twice, one being on a Sunday late morning to early afternoon, prime time for a laundromat, and it's very low traffic compared to most laundromats I've been to. It runs on quarters instead of a card (good!). Washers take about 20 minutes or less and the dryers cost a quarter for every 8 minutes. It cost me about $20 to do multiple loads and large blankets, I paid the same price to wash ONE SLEEPING BAG at the one in Red Hook.
