Fairly new laundromat with plenty of washers and dryers of varying sizes, as well as space to sit and work or wait. There's also a small arcade room as well. Everything seemed pretty clean and in good order. Around $14 for a small wash and $10 to dry.

I have come into N-Less Washing Laundromat this morning and have been greeted by the proprietor.  This gentleman assisted me with the new technology and he is most pleasant. The business is his second location here in Dickson, ACT. His other Laundromat is in Braddon. All of the machines are brand new and tomorrow he'll have hospital grade washing liquid installed . There is a coffee machine, snack and beverage machine, soft furnishings for a comfortable bottom and 7 machines for entertaining yourself whilst waiting for your clothes to be cleaned.  Beautiful unintrusive music 🎹 (no heas banging here). A really pleasant place to watch your clothes spinning around and the clothes enjoying themselves, coming out clean. Aaaaaaah. Serenity.

Was excited to hear the N-Less team opened another laundromat location in Dickson! Now I can choose between Dickson and Braddon to do my laundry. This place is great, it has good quality machines and the arcade is a nice fun touch! Thanks N-Less team for making laundry fun, keep up the great work!

I like that they send you an SMS, when your cleaning is ready. Nice touch.

I brought in a 50% duck down and 50% goose down king size doona in to be cleaned at Bells Drycleaners in Dickson on the 15th of August. I was returned a doona made with poly fill. Very old and stained.

I contacted the dry cleaner they advised me to bring the incorrect item back. Which I did and they advised me they would look into it. They have called me insisting that I brought in the doona that was returned to me. I only own two doonas, both are the same brand - Jaspa Herrington which was purchased at Harvey Norman in 2020. I was advised by the person working at the dry cleaners that it was my fault and I brought in the doona that was returned to me.  The brand of doona that was returned to me was Dreamspun. I don’t even think this brand was available for purchase in 2020.

The business is not taking responsibility, and have obviously misplaced my item - potentially giving it to another customer. The business representative was rude and insisted that I have made a mistake.

I actually feel like I need to reply to the comment left by the dry cleaner. And you know what, I’m not the only one who’s left a one star review. So, obviously this is a shared experience by many people.

Thank you for your passive aggressive explanation of how your business works - apparently human error isn’t a factor at all because all your workers do everything perfectly all the time.  But maybe you need to speak to the employee who took my doona, because I said it was either queen or king. And then when I said of no no it’s king. He told me not to worry. So, I feel like maybe you need to talk to your employee rather than insisting that I am still lying. But, with how aggressive you all are, he’s probably going to lie right to your face so he doesn’t get into trouble.

I am happy to provide proof of the invoice as well. But you know what. I am also happy to provide the receipt of the doona I purchased back in 2020. So, we can see if what you’re trying to return to me is the same item?

At the end of the day, it’s your word against mine. So, I have a right to explain my experience. I also have the right to go to the ACCC like the gentleman on the phone told me to do yesterday. Which I have done. And I have just gone on extended leave - so I have a lot of time on my hands to ensure that my voice is heard.

My husband was probably angry with you after I was verbally abused on the phone and called a liar repeatedly yesterday - he’s a very good husband and can get a little defensive. Your employee was yelling at me on the phone yesterday, my sister and nephew heard him and the phone wasn’t even on speaker. And then you expect me to come in and pick up the gross old doona? After I was verbally abused? I don’t feel safe coming into your store. I am fearful of how I’m going to be treated - who knows what kind of mood your staff are going to be in when I enter the store? I am not ever returning to the store. I am truly fearful of my safety.

I'm very happy doing business here. It's important for me to get my uniforms done efficiently and professionally. I use this dry cleaner each week, they normally have my clothes ready the following day after I drop them off in the afternoon. The young man at the counter is confident and professional. IV never had a issue with them

They shrunk my wife’s jacket, we have been back multiple times over a period of months to get this resolved. They always say they will call and talk to the boss and nothing happens, if they damage your clothes they will ghost you.

The Blueish jacket was taken in on May 2022 under ticket AJ6426 and the dry cleaner still has it at the store; I have been back multiple times to check if they fixed it, still nothing.

People only gave Bells one star for reasons. I would ask everyone please DO NOT to send any item to Bells Dry Cleaners. This is the worst dry cleaner in history I have even experienced. I sent my coat to Bells at Dickson two weeks ago. But when I took it back on 8 Dec. the belt of my coat and one button of the coat are gone. Probably someone saw the belt is nice and just took it. The workers over there promised me that the manager will call me back to see how to solve this issue. But IT NEVER HAPPENED. After waiting for two days, I went to Bells to see the manager in personal on 11 Dec. The manager promised me that he would call me back. But, again, IT NEVER HAPPENED. After waiting for so many days, I finally lost my patience so went to Bells to ask them to pay my money back on 14 Dec. Those workers even yelled at me and refused to contact the manger. What kind of customer is that!? In the past two weeks, no one even bother to offer me an apology. Not to mention to make compensation. No one working over there even care this issue at all.
