Very friendly local business and conveniently located on the outside of Livingston shopping centre near the Woolworths entrance. You can also use the 24/7 kiosk to drop off and pick up your clothes at any time. Price is decent and service is fantastic.

Went here a couple months ago with a bridesmaid dress wanting it to be taken up a few inches and tightened around the chest area because it was too long, the dress was a normal satin dress but the lady working there said it couldn’t be done because of the material and was not interested in helping at all, however I went to OnPoint Alterations and they did it easily. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love Dezzy's Dry Cleaners for their friendly and professional service. They wash my special white bed cover since 2019, and it still looks as good as new. Even if I move from Canning Vale surrounds, I'll always come back🙏🏾💕

The two marks on my dress, which you did not notify me of. Instead, you decided to just let me find them the day before my wedding.
I could have organised a rush job to get this sorted at a different dry cleaning service and would have paid for it too. But you did not do me the courtesy of calling to notify me, you simply took my money and left me with this.
I only brought it in for pressing, as that is what was advised by my dress maker who said it did not need drycleaning as it was pristine. It only required pressing.
You did not let me know of any inconvenience with the timeframe I gave you, at all. Not until I called you to express my concerns and only then did you try to turn the blame on me. The customer.
Do not blame the customer who trusted your services. That's despicable.
Not even an offer of a refund or partial refund.
Absolutely disgusting service.

Absolutely Horrendous Service - Avoid at All Costs!
My experience with this dry cleaner was nothing short of a nightmare, especially considering it involved my wedding dress. I called the weekend prior to Monday, April 28th, to specifically inquire if they could press my wedding dress for collection on Thursday, May 1st, as my wedding was on Friday, May 2nd. They assured me it would be "no trouble at all" and that the pressing would be done by Tuesday, with collection possible late that day. I confirmed I would collect it on Thursday morning, and they happily took my $100 payment upfront.
Upon arriving at my hotel after collecting the dress, I immediately opened the bag to let it air. To my absolute horror, I discovered a noticeable red, rust-like speck on the front of my dress. As if that wasn't bad enough, a closer inspection revealed a significant black smudge on the lower right side! This was far from minor and clearly visible.
When I called the dry cleaner to express my distress, their response was appalling. They admitted to noticing the stains but stated they did nothing because they were "understaffed due to someone being on leave." The only "solution" offered was for me to bring the dress back, with a maybe that they could get it done that night. This was completely unfeasible given my location and the impending wedding.
The man on the phone offered a weak apology, continuing to blame their staffing issues. He then had the audacity to say they generally need two weeks for such requests – information that was never mentioned during my initial call or when I dropped off the dress! To make matters worse, no one contacted me when they discovered the stains on my precious gown. It's clear they hoped I wouldn't notice.
I am beyond upset. To pay $100 for the pressing of the most important dress I will ever own and receive such negligent service is unbelievable. Their lack of care and communication is inexcusable.
Steer clear of this business if you value your garments, especially anything as significant as a wedding dress. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.

Friendly local service, the team at Dezzy’s always clean and alter my clothes with excellent care. They are affordable and being open on Sat AM is so convenient.

Excellent service. Paul is such an honest bloke, and provided a easy and cheap alterations to my cheongsam. I was expecting an expensive alteration.  The young lady at the shop is very friendly too. It's my first time at the shop and I will definitely be using and recommending them.
