I had a bunch of pants that I needed to be taken in to fit me, including many pieces with thick denim fabric. My mother is great at sewing but advised me that the alterations I wanted were quite tricky so suggested I try taking them to an alterations place. LookSmart Galleria got me to try on all the pants and pinned them and asked me questions about what I wanted from the alterations. They advised me that as many of the pieces needed to be taken in quite substantially, that they may look a little strange on the back after the alterations. I was more than happy with this but they all came out looking absolutely perfect. They also were able to get all my clothes back to me in time for my overseas trip, which I was very thankful for. The stains were completely removed.
The suit looks brand new.

Had put my clothes on and noticed the Coventry Village cleaning team, along with security guy put filthy mop heads and other cloths (assuming this had been used to clean the floors in this public centre) in two of the washing machines.

Used to swear by this laundromat - was well
maintained but standards have dropped.

The machines are always clean and in great condition, there’s plenty of space, and I never have to wait—even during busy hours. It’s well-lit, safe, and open 24/7, which makes it perfect for my unpredictable schedule. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and modern laundromat experience!

The owner/staff member we saw today was so kind and helpful.
He noticed when another lady accidentally put more time on my dryer instead of her own and he offered to sort hers out so we didn't have to stay and do it ourselves. He helped my older mum pack her clothing, and turned off the vacuum when he saw it was upsetting my autistic toddler.
The larger dryer and washing machines were so quick and so useful for our larger dog and winter blankets so we'll definitely be back.

One of the best and cleanest laundromats in the whole of the Perth area, upgraded and clean machines always the shop owner maintaining the dryers and machines making they are clean and working properly. best part is it is the only 24 hour laundry in the area.

I am really disgusted by the behaviour of some people and how they use the services available to us all. We have been using this laundromat for some time and I usually wash big blankets. Recently the place has been upgraded with machines which is great. However, as soon as I finished with the washing, someone that was doing cleaning there put the dirty mops from the floor into the big washing machines. Its The dirt that goes in that machine would be beyond disgusting! I would never go to this place again. And the blankets didn’t smell clean at all. This is a joke!! Not for the price they charge! Absolutely disgusting!
Yes the person working there was very helpful I don’t dispute that, but that is not changing the fact that he loads the washing machine with the dirt from the floors and that dirt goes on our blankets that we use for our kids. No wonder why my blankets smelled like the floor has been wiped with them. Not going back there.

The staff who run this place are always so friendly, the store is close enough to Galleria to walk over and kill the short amount of time you have to wait till your suits and dresses are done.

They look after you clothes well and work pretty efficiently, I’ve never had a single issue. Always happy to use their services!

AVOID. Unprofessional, terrible service. They ruined my brand new expensive dress, only wore once and brought to them to dry clean in good condition. It had black marks on it still and the ruching was all twisted and ruined like it had just been thrown in the washing machine. He pushed back my pick up after showing up and it hadn’t been touched. 3 days later I called, he tried to push it back another day, when I told him no he called me an hour later to say it was ready and it was still wet when I showed up.

Asked the man to sew a button back on to my jacket, even pulled it out of the pocket to show him where it was, on return of my jacket the button wasn't on and it was gone.
Also wasn't impressed when on arrival it was cash only with no signs at all indicating this was the case. Wouldn't recommend going here if you want a quality service

Terribly unprofessional, terrible service and terrible customer relation skills. They ruined my cocktail dress, brand new, only wore once and brought to them to dry clean in mint condition. They have completely washed their hands of any responsibility. Do not recommend

Overall my experience is very poor. They ruined my suit and don't want to take responsibility for it.

I spoke with the owner Larry and said you have to either fix it or compensate for my damaged suit. I even told him that my suit means a lot to me, since it's birthday present from my Wife. He just simply hung up the phone and don't want to talk to me to resolve the issue.
