I brought the dress to stitch it and the manager-the tailor  did a fantastic job… the tailoring was impeccable  and the dress fits perfectly . The tailor was willing to make adjustments and alterations to the dress for it to fit. The tailor was Very willing  and patient with my requests about how I wanted the dress to look like. Work was done in a timely fashion and I was notified by email that items were available for pick up. It might appear somewhat pricey but worth the excellent workmanship and customer service provided.

Brought my daughter's flower girl dress in to get hemmed and taken in. The women in Stitch it were so amazing. My daughter's dress was huge on her and they were so patient snd attentive to all the intricate detail in her dress. I just picked it up the other day and it is absolutely beautiful! Nasarin did a great job on my dress.  I bought a long evening gown for my daughter's wedding, which was too long and had to be hemmed, and brought it in to Stitch-it in Lynden Mall.  Nasarin was very patient and there were two layers and she hemmed both of them.  The outside layer was sheer and had beading and she did a fantastic job hemming it with extra beading.  Mind you, it was a bit expensive, but it was an intricate job.  I would recommend no problem

I needed a dress URGENTLY altered as the back panel was too big. I called around town and Sara’s was the most confident in my exceptionally short turn around timeline. I went in for the fitting and drop off on Thursday afternoon and she said she would have it done today before 7pm!

I brought in a Dress that had oil stains on it and was very concerned they would not come out. The woman that helped me said they would try their best and get it back to me as soon as possible. I was nervous. It was 3 days and when I came to pick it up the dress it  was good as new, oil stains were totally removed and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

First and last time ever to use this laundromat! Do NOT recommend at all, avoid at all costs. I made the poor choice of bringing all my bedding from xmas guests here with my regular load of clothes...now I have had to take them elsewhere to rewash them as they all stink.

Their machines dont like to accept loonies, needed assistance for all loads, to get machines to accept money, and then, clothes came out of washer partially dry, they did not get washed.

Complete waste of money! Go to Bubbles, its never happened there. Clothes always come out fresh and clean.

I dropped my laundry off at 8:30 this morning. Meanwhile I got attitude. And then just went to go pick my laundry up at 5:30 thinking it was done and it wasn’t even put it. On top of having more attitude. With no machines running and one person in there doing laundry. On top of my lululemon leggings needing to be fixed and a bunch of my finances shirts are also ruined and leaked black leggings cuz they weren’t separated.  They made it right with the leggings but took a week ! But after that i won’t be going back unless they keep prioritizing people who drop it off when the place is opening like me. Never had an issue like this before. The manager is awesome because the last time it wasn’t done she put it in right away ! But the employees I get attitude and rude !

My washer broke a few months ago.... and let's just say I haven't been in a rush to have it fixed. Lol. The space is clean, spacious and constantly updated. Big Bonus....the customer service Tammy gives is above and beyond! She's good hearted and cares about each and every customer who walks through that door. She always checks on everyone and makes sure everyone always leaves happy!!
