I was invited to a 1920s gala relatively last minute. I dug up my drink stained grade 12 satin and lace graduation dress from nearly 20 years ago and within a week Theresa and her very talented mother had it cleaned and altered to perfection! Even matched and mended previously torn lace, moved a zipper and added some flapper girl tassel shoulder detail. They had my husband’s once custom made suit from over a decade ago sized up and cleaned within 48 hours. It was so much fun playing dress up at Guelph Cleaners & Alterations. THANK YOU LADIES!

I had my designer graduation dress dry cleaned here early this week for just over $40 (due to the nature of the dress, this service could go from anywhere from $40-100 so this is a fantastic price). There were also stains from years ago that I wasn't sure they'd be able to remove although they did, it looks as good as the day I first bought it!! The ladies were also super sweet and the location of the store is in a pretty convenient spot. Overall very pleased!

Brought my prom dress last minute to get hemmed and resized- this place is amazing at what they do and so reasonable with pricing. They meet any deadlines needed and they always give extra time for customers to try on the article of clothing after it’s been tailored to make sure it fits exactly how you want. These staff SAVED my wedding reception! We got married in PEI, on the beach in the water. The red sand was soaked into my train and it was very dirty - see pictures for before and after! A week later we were having another reception for those we know in Ontario, and had driven back from PEI to arrive the Monday before the event on Saturday.

I called SO many dry cleaners in Kitchener (where we live), who all said it was an impossible timeline. I finally called Guelph Cleaners, who took pity on me and had the dress cleaned perfectly by Friday (again see photo #2)! Without them I’d have attended the reception in my dress still, but it was getting pretty fishy smelling 😂 SO grateful to them, absolutely recommend.

Would not recommend for wedding dresses. Took 4 months to clean my dress and did not call to let me know it was ready for pickup. I wasn't offered the option to preserve along with the cleaning and assumed it was included given the displays and signage around the shop saying cleaning and preservation for wedding dresses, especially when taking 4 months to complete (typical timeline 4-6 weeks). When asked if I could add on the preservation afterwards, they said it would be the full cost and timeline.

I noticed a couple of my hats were starting to look old and dusty. Tried my best to clean them myself but didn't know how to do it without ruining the hat so I took it down here. The employee working there was very kind and helpful and they made my hats look wonderful and new again! They even removed the sweat stains on the inside of the hat (which I did not even ask them to do)! I am very satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend K Cleaners!

Our washer broke so had to do some loads here. The place is dated, could use some esthetic upgrades, but machines are good, did a great job washing and drying. Price was good. Washroom was very clean.

This was our first visit to Woodlawn laundromat. We had 4 comforters to wash.  The staff was very friendly and helpful.  We received great suggestions on how much to put in each machine as well as how deal with dog odor. I would go there again.

Good laundry service in nearby area. No issues with wash. Washers are doing perfect job. They have small units and big units, so we can use them as per our requirement. Just one issue I had, a few dryers are out of order so had to wait for that.

My dryer kicked the bucket today so I find myself needing a laundromat at 6:00 a.m. on a Sunday, my regular one was closed so I tried this one.
Yeah, it  needs some updating and cosmetic repairs but it was very clean, the machines worked very well and the woman working was very helpful and kind.

I love that they have different sizes of machines depending on the size of your laundry load — super convenient whether you’re doing a small wash or a big family load. If I could rate zero I would. Biggest rip off. Washers don't rinse soap off so I had to pay 2 more washes at 5.00 a wash. New large capacity dries have 1
00 minimum deposit and are supposed to to yield 12 minutes per 1.00 but only yield 10 minutes per dollar. I can't wait for my new washer and dryer. Never use this place.

I always come to this place with the previous owner and was great . With the new owner, it’s also great but I dislike the attendant spraying bleach on her laundry while we are inside  , no air circulation so we have to stay outside ( thanks God it was summer time). One thing more  is she takes dryers and large machine for herself while the shop is very busy . They should do their own laundry not on the peak hours to give way for customers doing laundry by themselves.

It's a really good place, just the washroom needs to be open as long as the place is open. I almost pooped myself because because the washroom is closed after a certain time & there is no other washrooms around to use & then you have to suffer or lose control & wet & or poop yourself. Customers should not have to suffer or lose control over having the washroom closed.
