After telling me no,  the woman made a call on my behalf, called me back and gave me the option of having my clothes cleaned and ready to pick up in time for the funeral. I was so grateful!

Not only was she willing to accommodate us in our time of need but I was able to pick up his clothes 2 hours earlier than expected.
