Quite a disappointing experience for a company that has been in this world for several years. Their cleaning broke the seams of my dress at the bodice even though it had not yet worn out. If you have sensitive fabrics like satin, don’t entrust them…

I left two shirts that had only been worn once. We are talking about an Ô’Noir shirt and an Orvietto so a value of 300 for both. They came back to me so small that I can no longer put them on. They suggested washing them again and putting them on a support to enlarge them. This worked but not enough to make the folders usable. The lady at the counter, with her legendary smile, didn't care at all. She practically ridiculed me saying I bought it too small, very insulting. In the end, she did not want to collaborate and I told her kindly that it was our last meeting. She smiled and said, no problem sir.

Mediocre customer service, both on the phone and in person... The employees are unpleasant and judge you with their eyes as if you weren't good enough for them.
I had three shirts cleaned and they came out with pet hair on them. I feel like they gave it a quick iron and a quick spray of perfume and then ruined it all on the racks.
