I dropped off a suit with nice wooden hangars and asked the worker if I needed to take the hangars with me and she was a little rude and said no one was going to take my hangars. When I picked the suit up my hangars are missing and the same worker is behind the counter. I told her that I was told I would get my hangars back and her response was “and?”. I told her they’re expensive wooden hangars and she was the one that told me they would be fine to leave. She said she would check the back and retuned about 15 seconds later and said they probably were thrown away. This used to be a great place that I trusted with my expensive items, but if I can’t trust them to return them all I’ll just have to go somewhere else.

Nice friendly people.Did some work I needed,on time and at a reasonable cost.

I would give zero stars if possible. I brought an item to be cleaned. They kept it almost two weeks telling me it wasn’t ready every time I checked on it. Finally the owner calls and says the story on the item is that the black trim faded when they tried to clean it.

I ask if she could reimburse something since it was valuable. She said no that’s why I had you sign a release.

Even though I was made to sign a release, I feel the good will of a business is to stand behind their reputation.

Apparently the owner has lost her sense of professionalism and integrity.

I have been taking items to get altered here for almost 20 years and they are a solid option. Everything is priced fairly and they have a quick turn around time.

Always clean. Off and on  machines are out of order but excellent prices and is always clean and well maintained

Bad enough that they really stick you on the price, but half the dryers DO NOT HEAT AT ALL!!!!  Not labeled as broken, but they are.

After using the laundry mat down the street and finding all 3 large washer are not working! The place is dirty! I put my clothes in the next to the largest washer and it wouldn't take my money, took them out and tried the other one and it wouldn't take it! I will no longer use the one next to the Dollar store!! Plus they never give the money back! I will only use the Laundry Basket! Their dryers are nice and hot!!

Laundry mat was clean and the washers and dryers worked well. Didn't take long to wash and dry all my laundry. Change machines were in working order and there is also a ATM if you need it. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there is no restroom. Had to go down the road to use the bathroom.

Never any issues with the washers and dryers.  Decent price. The only issue is they don't have a restroom, if you go late there is no place nearby to use the restroom.
At least get a restroom paying customers can put a code in, coin in something.

I have been here a few times as it's the closest to where I am and we travel a lot every time the machines eat my money and no one answers or responds to voicemails to help refund anything . I am huge on customer service and here there is absolutely none . If they fix it I will update my review but until then I must proceed with this one bc people need to know and that's what I do is provide honest reviews . The machine front left eats money behind those machines the second one from the right eats money and the machine in the middle when you first walk in eats money also it's been about $20 and this day that's enough for milk and bread so respending it when I shouldn't have to isn't ok . Please respond to your customers no one should be treated this way (ignored) especially those putting food on your table and taking it away from their own respending money they already paid . Also it's happened to many while I was here it isn't just me . Updating to add another washer ate more money it turned on and everything and didn't wash my blanket this is nuts also added more pics showing the washer and the dry blanket after the "wash"

Well organized and reasonable.   Safe and well lit except for the parking lot.   I fell stepping off the sidewalk to the parking space.

I come to Arab once a month and use this laundromat on early Friday mornings. This place has gone down hill. The washers have mold growing inside the doors. Today I chose the washer with the least amount of mold I could find and my clothes came out with black oil on them. There is no restroom and the place needs to be cleaned.

I'm tired of big washer not working. It's dirty. I tried the two smaller washers on each side of the big washer and it wouldn't take my money! The dryers are not hot enough!! The telephone numbers are bogus! I've lost enough money and they never give it back!! I'll no longer drive that extra mile to use theirs!!

Clean-ish most of the time, have nice big washers and dryers. My only problem with this facility is the lack of cleanliness. Some days we go and it's clean, some days we go and there's trash everywhere. The bathroom is the worst! It smells of urine and it's almost always dirty, not to mention the graffiti on the walls of other people complaining about the lack of cleanliness 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
