I took my mother's 74 year old wedding dress to Kay's cleaners in Madison.  I was amazed!  All of the yellowing on the satin and overlay was gone!!!  It has never been cleaned.  Thank you Kay's Cleaners!

I recently started using this dry cleaners and I can't say enough about them.  Everyone is always so nice and I thought I had given them the ultimate challenge when I took my husband's 50 year old down coat in to have it cleaned.  That coat was so nasty, I was embarrassed to even take it in but I stuffed it in a plastic garbage bag and off I went.
I picked it up today, not really expecting too much but do you know, the coat looked brand new!  Outdated of course, but so clean I couldn't believe it.  I will always use Kay Cleaner's, they are absolute miracle workers!

Excellent job! Very satisfied they were able to get the stains out of my white tuxedo coat. I tried stain removers myself at home and couldn't get the stains fully out. I don't know what they did, but it worked and I'm very grateful.

Disappointed.  Used them twice and both times clothing was returned with burn marks sustained during the cleaning process (husband’s white button down), or returned with stains that could have been easily cleaned but no attempt to remove them.  I used a damp cloth and removed them after the fact.  It’s disappointing because they are so convenient to my home and I want to support my neighborhood business, but cannot in this case.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed a 4 item dry cleaning order, thinking 2 weeks would be ample time to prepare for a wedding. It was supposed to be ready last week. Too bad the store is closed 5 days a week, and on the rare occasion it’s open, they close long before the stated hours. Customer service also doesn’t respond to calls or texts.  Will never be using this service again, and I suggest you don’t either. Save your time and energy.

I’m a first time customer. I have reasons to give 4 stars but I am going to say that I AM satisfied with this service. The shirts I sent, to test the quality, were selected from my favorite items and they came back in pristine shape.
That being said, the app didn’t work and I had to reach out about my items in the locker. I was told I would get a cool blue bag but they just tagged my bag, that I had lying around, and returned it. The price was higher for some items but I am comfortable with the outcome. I will continue to do business with this team as they have earned my trust. Do not recommend these cleaners ever. They are closed during posted hours and have no easy way to reach someone for help. I dropped off clothes a week in advance of a wedding and they were closed during the scheduled pickup time, and the next day when I went to pick them up.

My first time using outside of military dry cleaners. I miss my military discount and using my Star card. However, the job you do is awesome. My pants were sharp looking. Turn around time is really great. Keep up the good work. Compared to other dry cleaners I really appreciate your customer service and transparency. I hope you bring back pick up and delivery. You are a solid 4+ stars. Bring back the ability to use my Star Card and you will get the 5 Star rating.

Jiffy Laundry

I’ve been going to Jiffy Laundry for a while now, and it has become my go to place because of the amazing service and consistency I experience every visit. The facility is always clean, well kept, and easy to use, and everything runs smoothly, which makes doing laundry so much less stressful.

Julia and Ellie are absolutely incredible they are reliable, helpful, and always go out of their way to take care of customers. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with the machines, or greeting you with a kind and welcoming attitude, they truly do make a difference. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the people who come in.

Because of them, Jiffy Laundry is a place I trust and highly recommend.

I know this place has good reviews, but I didn't have a good experience. The place is mostly clean and has a lot of W&D, but the 2 washers I used didn't get my clothes clean. They stunk after taking them out of the washers and still had soap residue on them, even though I didn't use a lot of soap. I told the attendant. She even smelled my clothes. She said she'd tell the owner or whoever maintains the washers, but I wasnt offered even a partial refund. I had to take my clothes somewhere else to re-wash them. This was my first time coming here and my last.

Although I think the larger washers are a little pricey, the smaller washers handled my loads and the dryers were very efficient. It's a nice little laundromat. I'll definitely be using this one again

This is my favorite Laundromat. Always clean and the machines are all well maintained. I knocked off a star because the prices are slightly above average but it is well worth the extra cost to come here.

Clean. Has a clean unisex restroom. Ample parking. Very busy on Sundays. Has Huge machines for items like King Comforters. I come here to wash my King Comforters. Cost is $7.25 for the biggest machines. A great little secret here in Madison.
Opens at 7 on Sat n Sunday. 8am M- F.
Last wash 730..Last dry at 8pm.
Has drop off service they wash and iron...seen quite a few ppl use the service. They also sell laundry supplies. You can walk to Old Time Pottery in the plaza nearby.

Update:
Largest machine is now $8.00 [3 of these]. They have $7, $6.50 (2 of those by the front) $6 and the lowest prices being $3.50 - which are like the machines you have at home.
New management - still clean and great.
