We love this place! It was recommended to us by a fellow Law Enforcement family. My husband and I are very happy with bringing our uniforms here. We come from Fresno, CA and were afraid of not finding a dry cleaners in Madera, CA. But we are so happy we were referred to them. They've cleaned & pressed our deputy uniforms, my husband's 4 piece tuxedo (collar shirt, vest, jacket, pant)  including tie, & his Deputy issued jacket. We've been using for about 2 months now. For the items I've mentioned we paid anywhere from $12-$18. Just recently I dropped off @7am a uniform top, uniform pant & uniform jacket & I got charged $13, which was promised ready the next day @5pm. There's times when I've dropped off at 3pm & it's promised 2 days later @5pm. They're quick, easy in & out. You don't pay when dropping off, you'll receive a yellow receipt with the future price. When you pick up then you pay. They take card or cash.

This was my first time ever at a dry cleaners, it was such a great experience. I was greeted with kindness and item was ready for me in 2 days. I expressed my problem with a sweater I bought off Depop and they took care of it(: the pictures are in different natural lighting. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Madera Cleaners & Laundry!

I paid $150 for them to wash Basketball jersey, which still had same stains , wrinkled and folded in a bag what happened to iron clothes on hanger , u dry dirty clothes never again, I hope $150 was worth  losing a regular customer. 7 years washed better then them

I live in San Francisco, but occasionally I will travel to the Fresno/Madera area on business. When traveling, I need to pack lightly, so after a few days I need my clothes laundered and pressed. After some dreadful experiences with other businesses, I came across Madera Cleaners & Laundry. The reviews were excellent, so I called them to inquire about rates. The prices they quoted me were more than half what I had been told by other cleaners. So I took a chance and am so glad I did. Not only was the price great, my clothes were cleaner than they had been - they even got out a stain I thought was there for good. And my suits were pressed and ready for my meeting.

This place used to be a great laundry spot but over the years it's gone down hill. More and more their machines are broken down and now the place is infested with roaches. The ceiling is starting to look like there's a water leak and the up keep of this place is a joke. Constant water puddles from machines leaks and dirt build up, and the dryers seem to no be looked out for being that I constantly see its dryiner lint catcher being full. Now I'm afraid to take roaches home...Yuck! Nasty place! I was shocked when I was looking down at my shoes and I had at least 10 cockroach 🪳 of all sizes, had me lifting my legs asap. Customers who come here. BEWARE and check your clothes. Of to another Laundry place.

The fully understand if the company is low on founds that they can’t afford on fixing some washer or dryer’s. But what I don’t understand why the money suspensor/kiosk isn’t working even worse when both of them are broken. If they can’t be fix they should at least have some type of staff around

If you have nothing but time to wait, this is the place. It is big, but always dirty. It has many machines, but 70% don't work, so needless to say there is a line of people waiting on the machines. I counted only 5 working dryers (all were in use), and there is no one there working. The machine kept my change and I never recieved a callback from the "customer service" number. But hey, I was there early on a weekday, I wouldn't want to find out what it's like on the weekend. Would not recommend and will not come again.

Dirty Bird's a good name for this laundromat because it's definitely not the cleanest. couple washing machines I picked it was a pretty tough to close the handle. Also 17 minute really short cycle compared to most even though a three load washer is $4.75. Pricey for the time they give. I should have picked another laundromat but oh well I was already in the area

Place has gone downhill. Zero stars if possible. Half of the dryers are broken and have been for months and no hope of being fixed. Change machine also always down and some washers are always out of service too. Too crowded and dirty and the wait to wash or dry is forever since they won’t repair any of their broken machines.
Seems like owners don’t care for this business
