Absolutely love ❤️ Family Laundry. We've been using their services for awhile now. Mostly for the pet blankets, beds & towels. I don't have to do several small loads to get it all done. It would take me 2-3 days to get it all done. Worth every penny to get it all done in 24 hrs or less without doing any of the washing or folding. Family Laundry provided great service! I signed up for the 8:00 - 10:00 PM pick-up time the same day, but I did not finish setting up my account until 8:40 PM. They still made it and picked up the dirty laundry at 10:00 PM! I have a steep driveway but they came to my door and inside my place as I am post-surgery and cannot put out laundry. My clean laundry was brought back the next evening. It was beautifully washed, sorted and tied into easy to separate bundles. I am very pleased with their service!

It's expensive but on union wages, it's affordable - saves my back from hauling laundry on the bus. Saves time (and I appreciate that on a FT job and hour plus commute) The clothes come back neatly folded, clean, no funnybunny odors because they use scent-free products, they pick up and deliver on time (or early, like today), they tell you on their web site how they're going to treat the clothes and they do what they say they're going to do.  Trustworthy, efficient and worth the money.

This place is it! We have used them for laundry service (pickup, wash, dry, fold, deliver) in the past and it is life changingly wonderful. Dropped in today to do a couple of big loads with my kids and was so pleasantly surprised to see they had a lovely little play room that kept the kids entertained while I got got caught up on laundry. Very clean and such friendly employees as well!

There is someone who folds and prepares clothes for you who is really exceptional. The clothes are sorted with detail and very neatly organized. I can always tell when this person has done my clothes. They did it for my last order. Please pass on my gratitude.

Took a designer men’s dress shirt to get properly laundered (new, worn only once). Got home and saw that the sweat stains were still there. Glad I checked before storing it away! Hoping it’ll come out when I wash it at home.

Everything was as I wanted. Dropping off and picking up were easy. They let you know by text when items are ready for pick up. My garments look good and the staff were courteous. I will use them again.

During my first visit to this location was a very pleasant experience.   This staff was helpful, professional  and courteous.   My clothing was ready for pickup as scheduled...nice receiving notification.   I    will recommend this cleaners to friends and family.

Asked for a rush dry cleaning of a suit after cutoff time to make a flight and they were able to get it to me the next morning on my way to the airport. Incredibly reasonably priced and professional. Good communication! Everything you want in a customer service experience.
