It was my first time going to Magic Cleaners and Laundry. I needed to get my jeans hemmed for an upcoming ’90s party, so I stopped by and was greeted warmly with a smile. The gentleman at the front helped me choose the perfect length for my jeans, and dropping them off was quick and easy.

The turnaround time was great; they were ready just in time for the party, and they look amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back to get more pants hemmed and to take care of my dry cleaning as well.

I drive all the way from DTLA to pasadena to get my laundry and alterations taken care of. The customer service is beyond expectation, the quality of the work is bar none and the place is conveniently located. This is a perfect example of how a family owned small business should operate and I can not recommend them enough.

Great first experience - I had a suit and tie that needed cleaning. My son had worn them to a school dance and they came home quite filthy (food stains, another girl’s makeup, etc.) and this place got it all out. They were reasonably priced, turned the items around quickly, and gave me a discount for my first visit as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and it’s sparkling clean inside. They have their own parking lot as well so drop off and pick up was easy. Highly recommend!

We had issues after the palisades fire and Annie helped us get through a really difficult time. Pasadena dry cleaning and laundry  is a new dry cleaners that opened up down the street from my house. I frequent the dry cleaners for work multiple times a month, meaning I have been to many dry cleaners in the area and let me say this. Pasadena dry cleaners and the staff is top notch!
Service was friendly and professional and it is unbelievably clean in their store which feels good. Not knowing about the quality of their work, my first order I left a 2 piece suit and shirt to test them out before I bring my higher priced items in.
I was blown away with how the pieces came back once I picked up!

When I returned the second time I asked if they did alterations because I needed a pair of jeans hemmed.
They shortened my pants and pressed them in 2 days! They even offered me faster turn around, but was not needed!

My clothes are always clean and beautifully pressed, as well as nicely bagged up. The staff are also very friendly and do their best to find a solution to anything. 100% recommend!

I'm lucky this is at a convenient location for me. I called ahead of time to ask about doing alterations and cleaning on a sample wedding dress and was told to come in any time during the business hours. I did that only to find the person that can actually give me informed advice and quotes for my request is only in during a short window of time during the week. The front desk lady was nice but not helpful, and I'm sure they may still have experienced staff that know what they're doing, but it just left a bad impression on me to make me make a trip in the heat for nothing.

Very bad service, poorly washed clothes, new administration higher prices, previously I wore my uniforms and had no problem the previous owners made an effort to do a good job and keep their prices low, I will start looking for a new place for my clothes

I’ve been here a few times for my husbands blazers, dresses and coats. They have the best pricing in the area and great customer service. The people who run the cleaning service are always very nice and helpful. I’ll continue coming here as long as I’m living in Pasadena.
