I don’t know why this place has so many 5 star ratings. They completely ruined one of my shirts and had terrible customer service ontop of that. They did an okay job getting some of the shirt clean but couldn’t get one stain out and introduced two more. They knew I had a deadline for getting the shirt cleaned, they got it done before the deadline but then didn’t tell me they couldn’t get it cleaned. So as a result it was the same as if I never left it with them. Additionally there were new stains added. All they could offer me was a slight discount for ruining a $200 shirt what a joke. I asked why they didn’t contact me and let me know the shirt wasn’t going to be fully clean since it was done before when I needed all they said was it was impossible to contact me let me know which just isn’t true. I’ll never come back here nor would I ever tell anyone to go here. If you need something cleaned quick that isn’t that dirty and can only be dry cleaned, I guess come here, but if you actually want a pro go somewhere else.

Great experience! First time in, they cleaned my clothes perfectly, plus stitched on a missing button for free without even mentioning it. Good people deserving of your business.

Lastly, I’ve lost 15lbs since my wedding and this doesn’t fit. They SHRUNK it. Pundry — a refund would be best for this damaged poor service.

I love not doing laundry, and Pundry makes simple. I use their pickup/dropoff laundry service a couple times a month. After placing an order in the app (easy peasy), I just leave my laundry bag on the porch. They return it the next day — clean and tidy, perfectly folded. Text updates and reminders throughout, as well. Big fan!

Clean, the washers and dryers worked well. There was plenty of parking for my large straight truck. The attendant was pleasant. I would definitely come again.

2x loader 3.00, 3x loader 4.75, dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes.  Narrow place, but I was able to do my laundry well enough. Staff was responsive to questions. Some of the machines are broken.

I have used these folks to clean my down comforter 3 times and found that they did a great job. Recently they provided an inexpensive zippered blanket bag for me to store my comforter. I’m thrilled!

Excellent service and quality. My suit, that I have worn for many weddings was looking a bit crusty but somehow they managed to bring it back to life. Can’t wait to rock it at another wedding or event…

This time they only had two of my three shirts on time!!!

Additionally, they told me they would call me when the third shirt shows up, but I never got a call so I have to chase them back to the store because their voicemail is not functional even though they say they will call you back shortly. Waste of my time.

They never call you back. These people are not professional and They don’t care about customer service. I requested one shirt to not be charged for, because it was not on time and they would not give you $4.50 for the bad service that they give you. I don’t know what happened to this country but we used to have good customer service.

Just today, I picked up a shirt that was tossed in the garbage pile - a white shirt from the ’90s that had become entirely pink. I’m schooled in laundry. Nothing I did to remove that pink worked. John’s not only nailed it, but they also called and asked for time to starch the layered front of the garment by hand. The normal price for a laundered shirt. Amazing. My clothes are cherished friends and fundamental workhorses. The Dry Cleaners in Boulder are absurdly expensive. John’s is my go-to. For 4 years now, they’ve cleaned everything in my home. Sadly, they no longer launder down and feather pillows.

They always take great care of my clothes. Excellent, friendly staff. Recently had two comforters cleaned and she applied a coupon and I didn’t even ask!

Great place to wash your clothes and nice people, but mostly of the tap machines to use google/apple pay doesn’t work, I frequent this location because I never have cash on me but it’s been  a couple times that I have to pay extra 2 dollars to have a cash back from my Apple Pay, please fix the payment machines or just take it out and will be 5 starts thank you!

I regularly make use of this laundromat's wash and fold service and always get my laundry back in a timely manner, nicely folded, smelling clean and feeling fresh. I usually chat with the same person at the counter and she's very friendly. Never had trouble getting a staff member's attention, even when they have headphones in - which I, for the record, think is great. I like that the staff are allowed to make their shifts a little more enjoyable for themselves. Nice laundromat that I'm happy to have nearby. 👍
