I was just charged almost SIXTEEN dollars to dry clean ONE pair of ladies dress pants. SIXTEEN DOLLARS. I had these exact pair of pants dry cleaned a few weeks ago in Evergreen (an expensive place on its own) for EIGHT dollars. The Summit County Retail Cartel is alive and well. I guess this is what extortion feels like.

Needed some snaps replaced on 2 pairs of pants. A machine problem prevented them from replacing the snaps but they suggested button closures instead. They did a great job & the pants fit perfectly.

Terrible. Over priced and damaged my pants. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I dropped my clothes off and had to go out of town for a few months. They held onto them the whole time and sent me text messages To remind me every now and again. Very professional and do a good job cleaning!

Worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had.  Was originally given a date my comforters would be ready for pickup however they were not on site until the next day.  Then I made a special trip to pick them up on Saturday because the days posted on their door as well as website indicates they are open from 9a-1p but sign indicated “closed” at 10am and 11am.  No answer when called.  The comforters and shams were all puckered d/t many threads having been pulled so I spend a lot of time pulling and tucking threads to the inside then had to iron everything.

We dropped off several suits that needed cleaning. A few suits also needed minor alterations.  Colorado mountain cleaners did an excellent job.  The suits were tailored correctly and  cleaned professionally.  The customer service representative at the desk and on the phone were very courteous and friendly.  I recommend this company to anyone with a busy schedule!

In my opinion, people only write reviews if they have had a bad experience. First time going to a dry cleaner, and they did a wonderful job. I had found mold on two of my vintage coats and took them to Colorado Mountain Cleaners. I was very nervous if they would be able to be cleaned and if the coats would some how be lost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coats looked amazing and i only spent $20! I highly recommend Colorado Mountain Cleaners!
