You never want a fire or flood, but when that unexpected disaster happens, you need to know who to call that is local and will immediately show up to stop the damage and start the remediation that will be top notch service and work, and ServiceMaster of Steamboat is who we will call every time. They showed up within an hour of the “we have a flood through 3 floors of our home” call and for the next month Wade and his team were incredible. Responsive, kind, excellent work, helpful, thorough, and we always felt safe with their team members who were in and out of our house most days doing all the work. Wade made sure we knew the steps, walked us through anything new that would change the work or timeline, checked his team’s work and confirmed with us we were satisfied, and at the end they cleaned the carpets their team had walked on to do their work - which might seem silly, but it was the perfect finishing touch to wrap up their excellent work.

I read the horrible reviews before coming here, & thought "how bad can it be?"  Well, it's bad. There are so many OUT OF ORDER signs on machines, I lost count. The one I used had a towel rolled up against it on the floor; sure enough, halfway through the cycle, it started flooding.  The change machine did not work - I had to go to the bank across the parking lot.
The trouble is, there aren't any other places to go!

The ratings and issues are correct and are still a problem. The washers all come out wet.  Compounding the issue the dryers do not get hot enough to handle how wet the clothes are going into the dryer.  It’s expensive for sure.   And yes, lots of machines out of order.

Tried using a front loading machine and it just gobbled up my quarters and never started the cycle. Lost about $10 in quarters and wasted a bunch of time to get out to their location.

Their phone number is useless. Never answers. Can’t leave a message. Can’t send a text. I recognize that laundry equipment breaks and stuff happens, and will gladly revise my review when / if the business owner remedies the circumstances.

Crazy high prices but I guess it is the only laundromat in Steamboat Springs. Always open when I need it, clean and the staff is nice enough. I avoid the dryers if I can help it.  Few of them work and it’s a quarter every 3 minutes. Kinda feels like I’m not supposed to be there tho, appears they use the coin machines for their wash and fold service so if there’s one available that’s not out of order *i guess* you can pay $8.50 to use one. Would be nice if there was a laundromat in town that felt welcoming and like it was serving the community that needs laundromats.

I live in a camper and travel all over the country. Been to laundromats basically in every state. This has to be one of the most disappointing. Half the machines are operational, the clothes were DRENCHED when the washer was done, which means the dryer to forever. The laundromat at The Ponds Apartments is better, but less machines and usually more crowded.
