Such great service from the workers so friendly and helpful. They keep this laundromat super clean. The bathroom is very clean. The machines wash the clothes so clean and fresh. This the nicest well maintained laundromat I have ever seen in my lifetime. I have used the drop off service and I am very happy with the results. I will always use the Wave Max laundromat.

Incredible facility! Its always clean when i come in its smells fantastic. They staff is super helpful and always available to assist. They have a lot of machines with large capacity loads and the machines alwyas work! Some places half the machines don't work and you end up spending your whole day waiting. They also have some of the best drinking water ive ever tasted. Lastly, they play awesome music. Seems trivial, but think about how much time you'll spend doing laundry, you'll want to do it i  a place where you wouldn't mind spending a couple hours. Excellent facility.

Lisa, Kimberly and the staff at Martinizing are amazing and friendly. I enjoy my drop off, pick up, and catch up with them whenever I need dry cleaning or tailoring. They are great!

Some takeaways from my visit:

-Price point isn’t worth it.
-Personal experience is my clothes shrank for the first time in years with a cleaner.  Super bummed but such is life.
-I think this location maybe good for people who want to pay more for simple services.
-I’d recommend to move with caution if you have delicate or sentimental pieces.

The customer service at this location couldn't be any nicer or more helpful!  I received excellent service and some helpful advice on a particular material and how best to clean it.  Clothes were both laundered and pressed as well as others dry cleaned.  I was very pleased with this location and it will now be my "go to" place for dry ceaning/martinizing.

Martinizing is my favorite dry cleaner. The prices are right, and the cleaning is top-notch. I come back for the customer service though. Great people to interact with!

The equipment is in good condition and it is we maintain. There is plenty of a variety of equipment as well so I am able to wash and dry everything from clothes to blankets. The change machine is always well stocked. And there is an employee there that keeps up with the cleaning. My experience has been good and I would recommend them.

This place is great! To be clear,  I have only used the Wash, Dry, Fold Service, but it was on par. This place was clean, affordable and had long hours. The staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. I was even able to have them use my special soaps due to allergies.

It's an affordable $1.10 per pound of clothing to wash and set prices for bigger items. I had everything from bath mats to delicates in a mesh bag. I was able to pick them up in under 24 hours! The clothes were returned neatly folded and closet ready. What a time saver!

The pix show everything I got washed, folded and in separate bags. Just to give you an idea this was about 68 pounds and ended up costing $75.55. This is perfect for people like me who are limited by poor health, or anyone who finds the days are simply too short to get everything done. It would have cost me a about $40 to wash it myself, not to mention an entire day.

I am excited about the service by The Laundry Spot and I will definitely be doing my laundry here from now on.

The only reason I deducted a star was due to parking being difficult and only one ramp for accessibility.

Really want to love this location. It's close to us, it's clean & the attendant is always there working tirelessly too keep the place clean. The machines work great & are fast. We can get in and complete laundry in an hour. Love the speed queen app so we don't have to carry cash. My only complaint is the hours are unreliable. On three separate occasions we arrived and were told they were closed. The first time, we arrived & were told that the last wash time had changed but that was not reflected on the signage. Second time, we arrived at 7:10pm and were told they were closed. Tonight, arrived at 8:00pm and were told they were closed. We understand the last wash policy, but it wasn't even 8:30. Very disappointing.... We have been coming here since last October so we're not new customers. I guess we'll be looking for another place to do laundry.

The dryer ate my shirt 🤣 it got stuck on the door & ripped.  Ahh no biggie but when I checked it in the inside it was pretty sharp. Better the shirt then my hand. No one was there to report it. BUT this place has HUGE WASHERS & DRYERS & THEY TAKE CARD 😳. no need to find quarters 😊

Very clean laundromat. The bathrooms could be better but thats expected when no staff is on duty most of the day. I will add to my review when the staff is here they are rude and demanding. I will not be back to this laundry mat. I will drive to Westminster and not be bothered by a woman on a power trip who has no patience for children.
